Friendly staff, clean room, convenient parking garage located on the next block. Also, impressively fast check-in and check-out procedure.

Breakfast on the 32nd floor was very crowded so we did not get seats together (we were a family of 2 adults + 2 children), and unfortunately the hotel did not do any sort of crowd-control or waiting list system. Also, the breakfast options were very minimal, so $24 per person (including our 12-year old child) seemed very over-priced. We would have had much better 'value-for-money' options if we had breakfast at other cafes around the neighborhood.

The Sheraton is a nice hotel, very nice Staff , Clean but I’ll never stay there again ,No Room Service For Food after 6 pm Not Even. Fresh Hot Coffee ., Starbucks closes early like 5:30 pm , And the restaurant doesn’t have a good variety of options ,So We sat at the bar and that wasn’t all that good the hotel is in a great location to pike street market , Amazon spheres , Amazon To Go , the monorail is also in walking distance and will take you to the space needle , Glass house and pop culture and if you have time ride the water taxi $12 round trip to West Seattle And Let’s Not forget all the homeless and drug addicts around and near the hotel .

I made reservation about 6-8 weeks through booking.com I did that because it had the option of paying at the hotel and I wasn’t sure I was going to make it, but I did! Checking in was a breeze. They were not busy when I arrived which was around 11:00am they weren’t sure if my room would have been ready when I got there, but it def was. I was super happy. Got to my room and freshened up before heading out to get something to eat and to start setting my eyes on some attractions. The room was very big and nice. I had a deluxe room which faces a little part of the city. It was great. Came equipped with a coffee pot, packets of tea and coffee, fridge, iron and iron board, blow dryer and safe. you also get a bottle of 16oz water in your room for free. Just in case this is important to you, no need for you to bring your own body wash, shampoo or conditioner, they have it all. The bed was super comfy but didn’t care much for the pillows. Before I made them come in to clean the room the pillows were good until they cleaned me must have changed them out because they were as soft as ice cream. That made my sleep not so great but my body did get the rest. There was also a sofa bed in my room. Outlets and USB output was also there. Tv had channels that you can watch if you were home. No room Service. There is a Starbucks in the huge lobby and a lounge/bar on the side called “Fountain”. You can also either use Uber svc or there are taxis almost always outside at the curb by the hotel. The concierge will get you one if that’s what you need. The hotel is perfectly located and if you like to shop, you’re in the right neighborhood. Walking distance to almost everything. The front desk staff didn’t seem as friendly but did their job to the best of their ability. No smiles. Nothing. Even checking out was just to the point and thank you, have a good day. Almost robotic like. No time for pleasantries. So sad. But I would def recommend staying here.

Comfortable room and bed with good room service. Good location in the centre of town. Easy to get around from here.

Grand Seattle is very luxurious and it was a nice place to stay with a huge lobby which was extremely welcoming. The starbucks downstairs was a great breakfast alternative. The cleaning lady was nice and when we requested she come at a later time to which she agreed without any need for formal request. The furniture was in good condition. The location of the hotel was great in which everything is near you.

The surrounding area was very scary, full of homeless people and people who are obviously on drugs. The parking was $60 but the one across the street was half the price. They also do not have a laundry room for guests to do their own laundry.

Loved the room, nice space, and a quiet room with no external or internal noise. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable I have slept in, bathroom and all of the lotions and gels were of a very high quality.

My room was services only once in 5 days and on that one occasion my bed was not even fixed. The coffee was not replaced, just towels. So that was not ideal.

It was extremely clean, in guidelines with COVID19 protocols. Fully vaccinated guest are not required to wear masks. Beds are comfortable! Our room was a good sq ft and had a small fridge which was very helpful. Staff was helpful and friendly and when we requested something we received it right away! The pool is open and so is the gym which is a plus! Will stay here again on our next trip.

I loved the property no complaints. But just like any metropolitan city, at night time you have to be careful and be aware of yourself surrounding.

The hotel location is great, walking distance to most of the touristy locations especially the public market. The hotel is really grand itself, the lobby is beautiful, chandelier and amazing arts decor. It is very relaxing and of course when in Seattle, there's Starbucks in the lobby. Our room is room is spacious enough for 4 pax, comfy beds and the room smells good, clean and tidy, towels clean and with equipped with toiletries.

None i could remember about the hotel. It just the nearby surroundings in city itself, sad to see couple of stores closed and homeless people everywhere.

The room was very quiet, spacious for 2 persons. interior decor was simple, pleasing to the eye, and functional. We also liked the sofa seat in the room. Location is excellent. Central and within walking distance to Pike Pl Market, good restaurants, ferry terminal to Bainbridge Island and the courthouse. We also used the light rail (Westlake Sta) which is a few min. from Sheraton to get to the airport.

1. The safe did not work, even after calling for security. Security tried, but safe could not be locked (error sign pops up) consistently. 2. with 2 persons in the room, it would be better to have a second chair to sit by the table to eat. There was only one chair in the room. 3. There is no microwave in the room, so we rented one for our stay. In the time of covid, we prefer to eat in the room either breakfast or take out meals, like chowder.
