This is a great hotel for a visit to Seattle. It is in downtown but it is easy to Uber around to other neighborhoods from this location. You can walk to the Public Market. Many excellent restaurants you can walk to as well as a great downtown organic grocery store close by.

My room was not ready as expected but a wonderful gal came out from the back and made adjustments so that all was well within 5 mins. So grateful for her immediate efforts to fix the problem as I was going to a wedding that evening so timeing was essential.

Rooms were clean, in good condition with plenty of space. Staff was helpful, we had three different people arrive at different times and the hotel was helpful to note the different parties to let them check in.

It was a bit expensive overall but I do not necessarily rate the hotel down for this since the price seemed to be inline with standard Seattle prices. Seattle prices have increased significantly since I last stayed in Seattle.

The cheeriness and genuine care of the staff is wonderful. They always make a point to greet upon entry and say farewell when one is exiting. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout the entire property.

The only downfall is the beds, they are a ridge bit soft. You will wake up slightly sore and your body not completely rested.

The location was ideal. Centrally located for what we intended to do.

I think it’s a bit of a sham that Kimpton as well as other hotel chains are still not cleaning rooms daily. That might have been necessary during Covid initially but there’s no compelling reason to not do daily housekeeping. It’s not like the rates are cheaper because of it! The hotels are just pocketing the difference and the guests get fewer services!

Did not get breakfast. Happy hour was very good.

Extra charge at time of check out that I was not told about. The "destination fee" was already added when reserved thru Booking. Com. Staff just said "sorry you weren't told" but would not remove the charge. Had an Uber waiting ans couldn't stay to resolve any further.

Room was great, clean, and comfy. It had a nice modern feel to it. Things were explained very well at check in which eases a lot of questions to start the visit.

The parking prices are too much at the hotel, and there's no self parking either. Park at 3rd/stewart garage for a third of the price on weekends. It's only a few minutes walk.

Comfortable. Location great to downtown, pike market and light rail station around corner for travel to airport. All within walkable distance. For info light rail to Seattle airport $3 one way.

Coffee in room? But not an issue.

it was clean and the place was beautiful

personally I thought the parking out front was confusing with the Valet. the safe in our hotel didn’t work. overall it was pretty clean but the vent in closet was extremely dusty.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and informative when we asked questions regarding the city or the locations of amenities.

I thought that the room was a little dated and confused as far as the decor. No consistent theme there, but who really stays in the room anyway.

All of the staff were kind and friendly. It was very helpful that they held our bags before check-in and after check-out. And then, Wi-Fi is very strong and fast!!
