Quiet, rural location. Modern and very clean. Friendly staff.

My only complaint is the bed. I asked for a handicapped room as I have mobility issues and the room was fine. The bed however was way too tall for my 5' frame. I asked if they had a portable step to assist me getting into bed and they did not. I had to jury rig my walker in order to get into bed. Not the safest way to do it. I would suggest making it clear what you all mean by a handicapped room or perhaps just have somethnig like a step available. I would have gladly given you a security deposit (refundable) to make my visit a safer experience.

The staff were nice and helpful. The rm was clean, had a microwave, and refrigerator. It was quiet, and breakfast included cerials, toast, bagels, yogurt, juices, and eggs with sausage patties and waffles. It is close to an area with restaurants and shopping.

My only concern was that my neighbors were really smoking it up even though all the rooms had a nonsmoking sign on the door. I checked in on a Sun night, and the cannabis smoke was all over the hallway. Thankfully, my rm had no smoke, or I would have asked to be moved. My guess is they will be getting billed a cleaning fee.

I paid more for a king suite with a jet tub further away from where I needed to be so I could have the jet tub. the tub was not clean. it looked like it needs an updating and out of the early 90s. I didn’t even bother turning it on to see if it worked bc I was afraid to see what would come out of it. very disappointing when I was so excited for it.

The breakfast was great. Had sausage, real eggs, waffles, pastry, cereal, juices. Very clean breakfast room. Rick worked the breakfast room and he was always happy and friendly. Made 6 a.m. a lot easier to deal with! BJ checked me in and out at front desk and was very helpful and friendly. Very pet friendly hotel and still quiet . Our dog loved it too.

Clean room, quiet location, friendly staff, decent free breakfast. Close to convenience store, gas station.

Toilet flapper not sealing properly causing water dripping sound. Television needed special attention to get it to function. Some locals loitering around the outside.

Great location, nice facilities, welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable room, with very sleep-able beds. Bonus: pool!

I'm disabled - there's no elevator (three level hotel), they had no rooms on street level, so I had to hork my walker up 2.5 flights of stairs. Some of that's on me, should have requested street level room when I booked.

We didn't plan on staying here but ending up booking while on the road. It was an amazing room especially for the amount we paid. I have paid more for rooms that were not half this good. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were great and the bathroom/ shower was top-notch. They offered a continental breakfast with really good coffee. The rooms were soundproof. I will stay here again.

Nothing could be better. The only thing I could think of would be if the stairs up to the rooms were cleaner. There also didn't seem to be a luggage cart.

Neo - front desk and all around staff - great, friendly, efficient and responsive tones. Good basic breakfast. Eggs and waffles are always appreciated. Need more fresh fruit.

The front desk had only one employee who seemed to be running the entire place alone. I requested more towels and had to go pick them up at the desk because she was alone. I felt bad for her. She was very professional and nice.
