I chose the Delux room for more space so that both of our ski/snowboard bags and gears and luggages can fit. I was very happy with the size of the room, still a bit tight but comfortable for two people. I also like the Interior design, the shower and the chairs and table to use.
Reception could be better trained and friendlier. They are either unable to give answers about the area, public transportation system or they seem rude and indifferent. It made me always avoid the hotel lobby cos they made me so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Not a vide any hotel want to provide

The rooms are all super cute, the staff was all really friendly and helpful and we loved having the lobby space to hang out in. I also liked the amenities/mini bar options in the room and that they were all from local shops rather than typical name brand snacks.
The main thing for me was the bed was not the most comfortable (this may be a me problem though since I have chronic back issues). I just found it a bit hard for my taste but overall everything was nice.

You cannot beat this location, just one block to the square. We also had dinner at Glorietta, the restaurant on site, and it was the most enjoyable meal from our trip. We were traveling with a baby and the staff had a pack and play set up in our room before we even checked in. Highly recommend the stay here!

The location was fantastic--in the center of town, so amenities & food are all walkable--but the room was still quiet for sleeping at night. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was great.
The rooms are hipster-decorated (which has a cool look), but it is still just a redecorated motel, so it's not luxurious (e.g., our shower curtain was too short, so water splashed all over the rest of the bathroom & one window didn't open properly).

Awesome location and awesome rooms! Very nice having that restaurant attached
We absolutely loved this property except for we dealt with booking.com not communicating with the property. They had us checking out a day early and called us to tell us so I had to go show proof that I had already paid for the room. It was a big inconvenience and made me uncomfortable that I was made to feel like I did something wrong.

Room was very quaint and cute, well decorated and fit a very homey but trendy asthetic. Everything was clean and looked well maintained, the hotel has obviously been remodeled recently. We had everything we needed.
The cost of the accomodation was very high. This was definitely a boutique type of hotel and we certainly paid top dollar for it. While we loved the Anvil overall, if returning to Jackson in the future, we would probably look for a more cost effective option.

The room was lovely and the air conditioning helped during the hot couple days we stayed there. The shower felt great after our hikes and the location was great; really close to Jenny Lake and easy to get to and from the parks and the hotel. Plus the restaurant was amazing. Some of the best pasta ever and we'll definitely be returning the next time we visit.

- great location, easy walking distance to everything cool to do in Jackson - rooms are nicely done, look very modern and newly renovated - beds were comfortable and toiletries were fancy - staff was excellent and very friendly
- hot water is apparently governed by each room's independent water heater so you can run out of hot water if a couple of people take longer showers back to back. This would be good to know up front rather than be suddenly surprised by cold water in the middle of a shower. - limited parking, not a big deal but made us nervous sometimes going out at night if we had to take our car. There is some other parking run by the town so I'm sure we could have probably come up with a solution to this if challenged.

Location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms was very clean. Happy hour offered from 4 to 6 with a wonderful spiked punch. Outdoor seating available. Restaurant located on property with great Italian food. Hotel office offering items to purchase such as t-shirts, jewelry, sunglasses, lotions, etc. Wifi worked very well.
No water refill station. I walked across the street to the visitor center to refill our water bottles. Area was a little loud. Can clearly hear conversations outside, people walking by, loud footsteps. Thin walls. Door to bathroom did not easily open at all. Stuck at the top. Lighting in room a little dark.

Location is perfect for walking around Jackson. Multiple restaurants and sights are easily accessible. Close to the Jackson Hole airport if you elect to fly into JAC (as we did).
Very limited parking in front. Also, we were given a room in the back alley that had a small parking lot outside which meant being sure you were there early enough to get a spot. Unfortunately, our room was right by the stairs and it sounded like all the people coming by were wearing the heaviest shoes ever made. Just not a comfortable sound or sight during our stay.
