Great hotel in a fantastic location. We were particularly impressed with Vien and his very proffessional approach. Special mentions to Chloe and Lin - you made our stay exceptional. So very helpfull and fun. A couple of great characters at the sister Hotel - The West. Mike, the night shift "front of house" is so engaging. Such a good dude. Message to both hotel's management - you have an awesome team who trully add value to your business - well done.

Nothing actually … I would have no hesitation again to stay on my next visit to Hanoi … what a fabulous place is the old quarter.

The Location is fantastic, hotels in this location are usually more expensive. Choose their best room for the best experience and better value for money. The hotel has recently been purchased by a new owner, and it's an opportunity to turn it into a mid-priced boutique hotel with unique, authentic modern Hanoi styling it will be a hotel I look forward to returning to in the future.

Great location close to everything in old quarter. The receptionist,Liin what’s excellent. She recommended places to see and do, her enthusiasm for her city and country is noticeable. Good value for the money. ; Large room with hot showers and comfortable.

There was a good selection of breakfast items however breakfast closing at 9:30 is a bit early. Particularly when staff starts cleaning up at 9:15. I noticed that the breakfast staff was not particularly happy. I thought this was only a one off, but it wasn’t. I was there for almost a week and it was the same every day. Others guests noticed it as well. still recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel at the heart of the old quarter. The staff here was phenomenal, I was in Hanoi for a visa run, and they helped me throughout my stay. The facilities are good and clean, wifi is fast. Breakfast is quite good, with vietnamese options, vegetarian ones, fruits, and 3 choices of individual meals (eggs, pancakes or pho). The staff suggested lots of good places to eat and that made a lot of difference. I was also there during the typhoon, and everything went super smoothly, with the staff being very proactive in answering questions and ensuring our safety during that event.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Super clean, beds are so comfortable, excellent location and great amenities. However, thing that really made my stay amazing was the staff. From the moment I arrived they were nothing but incredible. Probably the nicest & most helpful people on my trip so far. Linh and Edward both provided amazing suggestions on places to see, restaurants to eat and helped plan the next part of my trip. They were both so great and seriously made me stay so much better. (as someone who works in hospitality it’s always important to recognize great service when you experience it!) The other front desk staff were great as well. They even made me a cute basket for my birthday while I was there. I would honestly come back to this hotel just for the staff, but the property being amazing was a big bonus as well :)

We were greeted with tea and fresh fruit and then Mike proceeded to tell us all about the hotel and best places to go and eat around it. Each time we needed something or had a question, Mike was available either at the front desk or via text to help us. He also did a great job booking tours for us and making sure we had take away breakfast when we had to leave early. Mike's hospitality was above and beyond. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and helpful in the mornings.

Hanoi Harmonia Hotel is a synonym of hospitality! This has been my best experience with a hotel so far. We had to reschedule the trip because our flight got delayed and Mike was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout. He was very understanding and was kind enough to make the adjustments, kept a check on us and made sure we had a restful stay. The staff helped us with recommendations for the places we can visit. Great hotel Awesome people..

The hotel can add a few vegetarian protein options for breakfast

We were warmly welcomed by Ruby and Ryan and had a great time staying in Scarlett Hotel. Not only Ruby and Ryan were so friendly, communicative and helpfull, also all other staff we met, too. Our room was enough for two people who stay only to sleep and for breakfast. Perfectly clean. Breakfast was a nice combination of buffet and order. I loved the tapioca dumplings in banana leaves. The location ist great to visit the most busy restaurant streets and also the waterfront and citadel are reachable by foot.

Ohhh man, I LIKED EVERYTHING, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION 👌👌👌Host Edward and his team👌👌👌Edward helped booked all my excursions and transportation to Da nang and also gave me pointers for Cambodia since I'm going there in 4 days too, he went beyond extra mile. Showed.me the coolest places and restaurants to try out. 100/10 I give him.

I'm still getting used to no flushing tissues inside the toilet. In SA we do flush, but it wasn't a train smash, I will get used to it.
