The location is very close to the lake. Plenty of restaurants and bars were close by but the road itself is fairly quiet. The room was not huge but comfortable and quiet enough and we appreciated the aircon! All the staff were amazing. In particular, Mr. Long helped us book a last-minute trip to Lan Ha Bay when ours was cancelled and it turned out way better than our expectations (if a little pricey but worth it) and is super friendly without being overbearing. We would stay again! (We really liked the bar across the road, Polite and Co and the Note coffee shop 5 min walk away)

The rooms themselves are a little tired looking but the service and comfort more than make up for it.

This hotel in my opinion, was excellent, the rooms were kept spotless, but best of all was the staff, they are exceptional from concerirge to housekeeping, front of house staff were brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would recommend anyone coming to Hanoi to stay here. It's in a great location, central to everything. The breakfast is brilliant, especially the coffee They do great tours at market prices to, so you don't get ripped off. I had a room with a terrace and it was great. The bathroom was exceptional with a very powerfull shower. Why they rate this a 3 star hotel I just don't know, this is definitely a 4☆ plus.

Super friendly and helpfull staff, comfy beds and they were super friendly to help us with a sudden cancelled plane. The location is also fantastic, centrally located close to everything but super calm for some rest. We will certainly come back.

The breakfast was below all expectations and not worth such a hotel. It´s not replenished if something ran out, not even the cups... Also the quality is bad. After the first time we always ended up eating streetfood but with some effort of management the breakfast could mprove a lot. Television channels often stuttered but that's probably not something the hotel can do about and we didn't mention it to the staff.

Impressive looking hotel in a quiet street very close to the center of Old Town. Even my taxi driver when we went round the last corner and he saw the hotel said Wow! First impressions were followed up very well by friendly and efficient staff. My room was great with two balconies, clean and well equipped. The staff organised motorbike hire and taxis without any problems.

Generally I was very happy at this hotel. The only thing I might mention is noisy guests on my floor which isn't the hotels fault, and they did ask them to be quiet for me. Breakfast had a fair selection of Vietnamese and a small number of European dishes and I would have preferred a better selection of European /American food options.

We stayed at this hotel in Nov 2022 for 4 nights. The hotel was in the old quarter area, a perfect location. We could walk to Hoan Kiem lake for less than 2 minutes. There were many restaurants and massage parlors around the hotel but we did not hear any noise once we were in your room. Hotel staff were super polite. We chat with Henry at the front desk few times. He was young, friendly and very helpful. The staff always greeted us with a smile when seeing us. They responded to all the issues in a matter of time. Breakfast buffet was held in a basement. There were many dishes to choose from and they changed the menu daily. The noodle soup was very tasty. It tasted 10 times better than some restaurants near the hotel. Their coffee was also excellent. Staff at the buffet were helpful and attentive. They cleaned up the tables quickly.

Breakfast buffet should be prepared on time as they posted. On the day we checked out, we arrived the buffet at 6:10am, and found out most of foods and drinks were not ready. Until 6:25am, it was still not a complete set up. We had an early flight so we had to give up on the buffet. Since this happened only one day during our stay so we did not want to take a point off from our review. We considered it a hiccup once awhile.

The property is set in a really beautiful street in Hanoi. we booked this hotel 3 separate times. The rooms are very clean and also the bed is really comfortable. it is located in the old quarter and close to everything. While we were there my partner wasn’t feeling well and we needed to call an ambulance. The reception took care of everything and they helped us a lot. They were constantly checking on us and if we are feeling fine. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you

The staff is exceptional. The evening receptionist helped us with problems we had such as the safe and changed the balcony chairs, as the seats were full of rust. Everyone was really professional, friendly and welcoming. The staff make this hotel pleasant to stay in. The beds were extremely comfortable and the street is quiet. A rarity in Hanoi. The breakfast has an egg station and the fruit is fresh.

I paid €70 for a room for one night that was supposed to be 25 sqm with a terrace. The bed took up most of the room, more like 18 sqm, and the terrace was actually a balcony. There were no plants to hide the building with generators. For the price we paid, you would expect more care. We had stayed in another, similar hotel, for 2 nights at that price. The room was not as it was described when I booked. Also, the balcony chairs had rust on them, so you couldn’t sit down and the furniture was very dirty.

Staff were nice and very attentive. They made sure we had a comfortable stay from airport pickup to return. Buffet Breakfast is included in the room charge. Can walk mostly anywhere but can easily use Grab as well. Great location very near Hoan Kiem Lake. Love it specially during weekend nights. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also liked that the hotel provided lots of important and helpful info before our arrival and provided options for airport pickup as well as tours.

Close to old quarter and city center. During weekend within the “walking only” area which makes it quiet and comfortable. Very friendly and supporting staff. Rooms are big enough with a huge bed. Breakfast asian and western style. Nothing fancy but quite enough to have a good start in the day.

The small building with rooms close to each other could be a bit noisy. But really not enough to complain, just a minor point.

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage including a safe. My room was on the top floor so really quiet too. As for location, set near Hoan Kiem lake and the cathedral area, the hotel is central without being on one of the very busy streets of the old quarter. The staff go out of their way to help you which is brilliant!

If you are not used to beds in Asia, they are a little hard by Western standards, but I like a hard bed so it didn't affect me.
