Not clean. Windows dirty. Breakfast place dirty. Equipment dated. The personnel are friendly but also a little strange. Breakfast not good. Worst coffee since one month traveling in Vietnam and the food pretty tasteless.

a wonderful boutique hotel with Exception - lovely staffs, they booked our Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night trip with great promotion, beautiful - large - clean room with great shower, perfect location, great buffet breakfast. We loved hotel designed with french style. We will book again and we're highly recommending Victor Galery hotel & restaurant.

Great location for the old quarter, but we didn't realise how mad the old quarter is for traffic! In all the streets. But the hotel was quiet enough and we had a room on the side. It's near the Hoan Siem Lake - the streets by the lake are shut to traffic at the weekend. The staff are totally charming - lovely breakfast lady. Good buffet for breakfast. Very nice room with a big walk-in shower. Some good cheap restaurants just along the street. Very nice stay although the weather was drizzly.

Receptionist didn't explain about the light controller by the bed. I think she thought we'd used one before. But they quickly explained the next day

The Reception staff, particularly Scott and Peony, were very helpful and friendly; they speak excellent English and recommended restaurants and gave us directions. The lady in the restaurant at breakfast was very friendly and funny. The room was very clean with a really comfortable bed, a good, powerful shower and hot water, a safe and a fridge. The location right in the Old Quarter is excellent, very near the Night Market, Train Street, Beer Street, lots of restaurants and the lake

The hotel is a bit shabby. Our room had no window. There is not much choice at breakfast. There is no bar or restaurant (except for breakfast) in this hotel, you have to go to the sister hotel across the road.

I loved everything about this hotel,location was centre of the town,kiem lake was near.Breakfast had many varieties,staff were very humble and welcoming,not to forger Ruby who managed my halong bay tour and ninh binh tour which was very amazing and perfect,I would definitely recommend to do tour with Ruby and her price was best, They used to clean room everyday,they used to change towel and amenities everyday. Would definitely comeback again

This was awesome accommodation. Spotless, comfortable and a good size. The staff were all super friendly, the breakfast fantastic , nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was more than adequate covering both westerners and Vietnamese tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return next time in Vietnam.

There was nothing I didn't like except the air con could be controlled from the reception that meant it could be turned off without the guests approval. The guest would then need to ask to turn it back on.

Upon on arrival, we have great welcome drink with juice and vietnamese coffee. Our room was large, very clean, lovely decoration, their bathroom was large, great too. Their staffs was very friendly -nice - helpful, they give good information about Hanoi seeing, some good restaurant, coffee shop... and They did to booked our package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night on luxury cruise, Sapa 3 days 4 nights tours, Hoa lu - tam coc 1 day tour with best promotion. Hotel location is perfect that's close to many silk shops, gallery shops, nearby Hoan kiem lake, walking streets. We have good buffet breakfast too. BOOK IT !

the best of the best hotel in Vietnam, we did to stayed. Upon arrival, we have welcome drinks with juice and warm towel. We have free upgraded to king double room with city view was large, very clean, nice decoration. Their staffs was Professional, very friendly, they did to booked our package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night + Ha Giang Loop tour 3 days 4 nights + Hanoi city tour was great value. Hotel location is perfect that's close to everything, we're need. Victor Family restaurant was great too. WE'RE HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL.

Very pleased to stay in the Victor Gallery hotel, We got a welcome letter from sale when we booked on Booking.com, upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with welcome juice, information about Hanoi old quarter, great promotion from the hotel ( 20% discount on restaurant & bar, 15% tour service & spa ). Our room was large, clean and even, we had a free upgrade to a city view. We have short time, so we had to book Ha Long Bay 1 day trip. It was good value and good information. Victor gallery hotel is a beautiful hotel in Hanoi old.

The location was brilliant in the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They had good sense of humour and went out of their way to help. Beds were comfortable, rooms smaller than some but had all we needed and were clean.Had a walk in shower for my elderly mum with a disability. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff couldn't do more to help. The hotel reception were able to organise a few things we needed and were easily and happily able to assist us with our transport needs. Would stay again.

On one night of our three night it was noisy late into the night but this was due to other guests.
