We stayed in two different rooms, both were a good size and had comfortable beds. Bathroom had a decent size too, with a very good shower. The staff was absolutely amazing! We were welcome every day with smiles and chats, they allowed us to leave luggage for a couple of days too. Hotel is located in the old district but in a relatively quiet street, close to 4P pizza with excellent food. We were able to get anywhere by foot from there really, loads of good restaurants around and spas. Hotel has a nice bar with very good cocktails (we got a voucher - 30% off from the first drink).

Breakfast, although had plenty of options, after two days, was getting boring. With our second reservation with opted without breakfast, as there is plenty of coffee shops around.

The staff was exceptional friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic and offers everything you could wish for in close proximity. Room size and quality was very good. Cleaning was carried out in a very high standard.

The breakfast is the only minus point we encountered. On the weekend it was a very small buffet and on the weekdays we only had a choice from a small menu. Being used to continental breakfast and being vegetarian this was the only down side.

The staff here are superb. Honestly the best staff I've ever experienced at any hotel. Dolly and Son were exceptional along with everyone else as well. Very helpful in helping me book tours, store luggage, and overall very friendly. The rooms were perfectly clean. The location is very convenient. The cocktails at the bar were delicious. This place is A+++ and each I come to Hanoi I will be staying bere.

Good location, good size of the rooms, we had connected rooms 2 double beds with 2 bathrooms, nice cosy bar downstairs

Member of staff at reception told me that cleaner said that my towels were to dirty to clean. I think they were looking for money. I went back to my room and was able to clean towels myself. I was very disappointed. Breakfast could have more continental breakfast options like cheder cheese.

Location was great as it it just around old quarter. Great pizza restaurant just opposite the hotel as well. Staff at the front desk are one of the friendliest i've ever met for my holidays. They speak great english and always greet you as you leave/enter the hotel. Daisy , if i remember correctly, never fails to smile and helped us alot during our 2 nights stay in Hanoi. What can i say , great staff!!

We were immediately welcomed and surprised with an upgrade. Offered us a discount coupon for drinks at the bar on a discount. We stayed for just one night but wished we had stayed in this hotel when we first arrived in Hanoi. The suite was so spacious and clean. Had a beautiful balcony and a big bathroom. The next day, we had breakfast before we flew out, and the staff were so kind. Had a good meal as there were different varieties .

Loved everything about this place.

The room was comfy, the location is right in the heart of where we wanted to be in old town, Tony at the front was amazingly nice and friendly and helpful. We only planned on staying at most one night but we are coming back again because of how great the place and staff was to us. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at our bus stop. Would recommend anyone wanting a comfortable night to stay here.

Nothing it was perfect

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Walking distance for coffee, food, bars, and sights. We loved the Suite on the top floor which has a large balcony. We stayed there twice and the second time I asked for the suite again and we got upgraded for free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is very clean. I would stay there again anytime.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal to walk around in the Old Quarter. Most touring companies pick you up from here too, so that’s another bonus.

The room I got had no view, and wasn’t exactly what I expected or as shown on the pictures. (Somewhat older than in the pictures and it wasn’t one room but two adjoining rooms.)

Small but comfortable rooms. All staff were very friendly and helpful. great location next to the lake and convenient little shops and restaurants close by.

The family connecting rooms were two separate hotel rooms and connected by a door in the passage which was open at the top and bottom which meant it could be quite noisy if you left your bedroom door open.
