Brilliant location so close to the old quarter and right next to the night market. The family gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and tailors and were really helpful, continually checking in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We decided to do laundry at the Homestay which was ready the next day and smelt wonderful! It’s the perfect place for if you want to make the most of the bars as they’re right in the doorstep, and there’s a brilliant spa on the corner too. The room was clean and had great air conditioning, perfect for the hot weather! Would happily return.

It was our first time to experience a stay like this and the weather was rainy. We reached the homestay and the guy there greeted us. He speaks good English and explained us the map and things nearby. We also took his help to get our parcel to be delivered to our next hotel in a few dollars that we forgot I our previous hotel. The guy is just super and very helpful. They offered umbrellas as we went out. They re a lovely family running the homestay ; i will visit again in future.

Nothing as such. Everything good.. Bathroom water wasnt flowing well but they changed our room next day; There are no lifts may be problem for old people but for us it was ok. Just weather was damp but even then we liked this old part of vietnam.

During my recent visit to Hoi An, I had the pleasure of staying at D Central Homestay, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The hosts at D Central Homestay are exceptional. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions. Their kindness and attentiveness made my stay all the more enjoyable. D Central Homestay boasts an ideal location in the heart of Hoi An. It's conveniently situated within walking distance to the historic Old Town, vibrant markets, and charming cafes. Despite its central location, the homestay offers a peaceful and quiet retreat from the bustling streets, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Delicious breakfast served each morning. The hosts prepare a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes and Western options, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there are bicycles available for guests to use, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. In conclusion, my stay at D Central Homestay in Hoi An was nothing short of wonderful. The exceptional hosts, prime location, delicious breakfast, and excellent facilities made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hoi An and look forward to returning in the future.

There is nothing I disliked. I loved it.

This homestay is excellent. I love very much after I checked in. I got welcome by the friendly and knowledgeable host. He shared me the map of the Hội An and with a full list of information around the hotel where you could find for your entertainment. The room is super clean and well organized with is a plus of my stay. Location is closest to the restaurants and shops as well as tourist spots. I took me 2 mins to walk to the bridge and old town. They also let me using free bicycles. The stay is awesome for me and found everything I need with a great price. Definitely to stay here again when I’m back in town.

Location, the room and the personnel were very good to be fair very friendly

Some areas smelled a bit damp but one of the cleaner places we stayed and as it’s their own home you can tell they pride themselves in keeping it well. Didn’t like that the owner kept trying to upsell, or direct to their families stores and restaurants. No discounts offered or incentive to go just being told these over and over again. There’s a bar/night club nearby which can be quite noisy called sky bar, very close and can be a bit difficult for people who may have issues with sleeping

I was welcomed with a free breakfast, which was a kind gesture and was allowed to check in early. This family run business, it’s a true homestay, the mom will do the laundry, the dad will fix your broken sandals, everyone helps out and around and if you need anything while you are in town, they are ready and willing to assist right away.

This is NOT against the property but beware during heavy rain season, this location will be flooded, meaning you will be walking back with water up to your knees, not a deal breaker for me but it might not be pleasant for some people going in and back in the dark.

1. Location is very strategic, less than 100m walk to the night market and very near to old town too. 2. Free use of bicycle, so that we can roam around old town easily 3. Price and service are good, it is family based business. Can see the father, mother and son really try very hard to give the best to the customers. The son helped us to carry the luggage into the room at second floor. 4. Whatever you ask for they will fulfil. We were given double room, I would like to change to twin. The owner quickly rearrange and make up the bedsheets for me within the same room. 5. Flexible. Breakfast is from 7-10am. However I have early coach to catch, the owner packed banh mi from outside and still serve me fruits before 7am 6. Room is quiet and comfortable. Zero noise throughout. 7. Room equipped with basic things what you need for travel. e.g., hair dryer, bar fridge, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, tooth brush, toilet rolls and towels.

We stayed 2 nights. Location is excellent, very near old town. The staff Zin is very friendly and helpful. He briefed and provided a map of nearby area and addresses of some popular restaurant like white rose and tailor etc upon check in. He also helped us arranged coconut boat tour with hotel pick up and return. He offered to lend me an umbrella when I forgot to bring one. He also provided an additional pillow when I requested for it. The Aircon for the room is strong and the breakfast is good. Would stay here again if I come back to Hoi An.

What a great homestay experience! The family went above and beyond in responding to my last minute request to book, and the arranging transportation from Da Nang after I realized my Grab app stopped working right before my departure to Hoi An. The location is perfect right on the outskirt of the old city center. Close to the night activities, night market, restaurants and bars in the area but super quiet. Oh, and there's the Art Spa right next door that offers great massages. Such a great deal and excellent service. I would strongly recommend!

Location of hostel was excellent, a short walk from the river and main entertainment area. It's located on a quiet street. Owner was really friendly and the breakfast while basic was good. We had the 4th floor room (note - no lift) which had a nice balcony with a view over the street towards the river. Owner's family also run the Faifoo Central restuarant which we did not have time to visit.
