The Front Desk was very nice, and she is incredibly sweet. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. The breakfast has to be choosen on the Day before, but it's good served, even though there are not many options. Somewhat calm, but you can listen to the neighbours chickens and ducks during the night. The rooms have air conditioning but they are still a little cold, so be prepared If you come in colder weather. We had to leve early and they went, Last hour, to the shop to get us breakfast to take with us. They treated us really nice. People do make the place.

The staff were very nice and prompt in attending us. The place was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. The rooms were more than ample in space with large beds/sleeping areas as well as bathroom. Just be careful as we almost slipped on the tiles! lol Sufficient shower temperature and pressure. The grounds were so very nicely maintained.

They only give 2 options for breakfast so if you're looking to be filled, maybe have to eat some more in the town. We borrowed a couple of bikes to get to the Old Town and they were okay, but they could be better if they weren't on the rusty side. The beds were not the comfiest but after out and about the entire day, it's sufficient. Take care when picking a room near the pool, might have bit of noise at some points during your stay.

staff was super attentive and sweet, my room was very clean (i always check the bedsheets etc, nothing remotely sus) and big (I was on the 3rd floor for reference). the pool is great aswell. the distance to the city center of hoi an or the beach can be travelled by bikes which are free. theres a smal supermarket not far from the resort, which has everything you'll need.

The staff, Long, Blinh and the handy man were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. The bacon, egg and fresh rolls daily were to dream of. Rooms were neat, tidy and clean. I loved the layout of the resort. Although about 2km from Hoi An old town we walked there twice a day.

This place is great! We wished we were there longer! You have no idea that it’s hidden down the alley way, nestled behind all the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. Very tranquil and relaxing. I can’t fault the facilities - the pool was perfect for us and the rooms were tidy, nice decor, comfy beds, good bedding. Staff were lovely and accomodating.

Check-in staff pretty brutal in insisting for me to pay extra, according to some policies they exhibited that did not match the ones I saw when booked (staff decided the cost for kid once they see the kid :), i.e. age; no kidding! I insisted that I payed for an extra adult and they should check with booking.com, but they were very inflexible. Booking reacted fast when I sent a clarification request and eventually it was ironed out and they apologized. Breakfast was pretty sad ...

Located in a quaint alley yet very much within old town proximity. This is a property that accelerates your Hoi An experience even more. Though we were there for only a day, we loved the background, the pool, the room amenities

Nothing that I could think of

The mattress and the bed linen were so soft and cosy, and really nice bathroom facilities which are always very important to me in a hotel. The hotel also offers free bicycles for you to use, I took full advantage of something that was FREE and cycled 30+ km on my 1st day hehe Cycling around definitely became my highlight in Hoi An as the town is surprisingly very flat and easy to cycle! The staff were the highlight though. Such good service especially from the girl at reception Tuyet, I didn't realize the villa closed at 10pm and I was drinking with friends in the old quarter, Tuyet called me to tell me and even came to pick me up on her bike after she finished work to bring me back to the hotel (not something the hotel offers, but a super sweet gesture), I also needed to top up my phone but I didn't know how? With her help I was able to get internet and make calls again, something I wouldn't have figured out by myself:) So the hotel facilities are good, the room is nice and there's a pool if you like to swim but I'd highly recommend Riverside Bamboo just for the staff, from the cleaners to the groundskeeper. They're all so lovely and helpful, and made my 2 short nights and a 5 star experience, I will be back next time I'm in Hoi an and I'm looking for something a bit more luxury:)

My only gripe is that they didn't have a card machine so I had to go to an ATM to pay for checkout with cash. A girl in reception informed me though that they are working on getting one though.

The ataff were excellent, as was the free breakfast.

If you are into nightlife, pubs, clubs etc, this resort is not in central Hoi An, but the riverside location is stunning. Also a great swimming pool.

Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Kept cool, clean, bathroom is nice and comfortable sleeps. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend this place. Only a short walk into main streets.
