Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They gave us the best recommendations for the town. The location is great because it's a little outside the crazy touristy part and we found it always a nice relief to walk 5 minutes along the river to our hotel. Rooms are very big and the family that owns the hotel could not be lovelier.

We had a broken lamp in our room that was never replaced, room could use a new paint job, the remote control was sticky, and the curtain rope was dirty.

Hoi A majestic villa was a lovely place to stay! The staff were friendly & helpful & breakfast (set menu with a great choice between western & Vietnamese options) was great. The beds in the room were comfortable and the AC & wifi worked great. The staff were quick to help us with adding a toddler seat to a bike so we could go out for a bike ride as a family.

The location is just a little further than we would have liked with the kids, but even then, it was only like a 5 min walk to old town (this would have been a non issue for us as adults). The pool was also smaller in person than we realized at the time of booking but it was clean and the kids enjoyed it nonetheless :)

Couldn’t recommend enough! We loved our stay here, the staff were beyond friendly and so useful. They even organised a cake as it was my sisters birthday during our stay here. The pool area is lovely to relax at, shower was always hot and the comfiest beds we have stayed in so far. Would absolutely return!

Perfect location, just far enough away from the action to get some peace and quiet. But close enough to be anywhere you want in Hoi An quickly. They serve a tasty breakfast by the pool in the morning. Everything super clean. Friendly staff. Good value, would stay again.

Fantastic location, lovely helpful staff, always with a smile. Just a step over the bridge or 100 metre to the right and you are the thick of the action. Lovely spot. Enjoyed the room with the balcony. Great little pool area. Thank you so much. Will definitely return.

We visited March of 2023 with my wife and everything was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and willing. Room was very clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast by the pool was very romantic, tasty and you could choose from a large variety. Daily trips nearby and airport transfer were arranged from the hotel in very good prices.

There was a rooster nearby, "singing" early in the morning :) :)

Our rooms were big and with a nice view, the bathrooms were also spacious. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. The staff was very professional and the breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our time there.

Majestic Villa was a gem very near all the Hoi An attractions but protected from the hectic area. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was great! But the best part was the staff. Hung and Ly were so kind and helpful, we felt at home. They pointed us to all the local spots, lent us bikes, and even took us out for dinner. Could not imagine a better experience in Hoi An. Thanks again!!

Everything was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us arrange a trip to Bana Hills and a shuttle to Da Nang train station. There's free bike rental so you can visit places a bit further away. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

A fabulous stay in a friendly hotel , and a bonus to be given a bigger room . The owner and staff are so lovely & accommodating , they certainly go out their way to make your stay fantastic , even lending me a hair brush 😁 Would highly recommend staying here
