Lovely hotel. It was raining so we couldn't make use of the pool(s), but the outdoor area was lovely. Size of the room was huge and we were close to the main tourist bits and walked everywhere.

We got the balcony suite to hang out on the balcony, but the rooms overlooking the river are next to a very noisy metal bridge. The balcony door has brilliant soundproofing and you can't hear a thing from the room but it's virtually impossible to hang out in the balcony itself. If you want to spend time in your balcony, ask for rooms facing the main pool.

We stayed for 4 nights at Rivertown Hoi An, and we absolutely loved this hotel. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. It was located in a quiet section of town, near Old Town, which was less than a 10 minute walk away. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were always greeted with a smile. It's a full service hotel, offering a great money exchange rate, tour packages, free unlimited filtered water, laundry and transportation assistance. Our room was very quiet (poolside), very clean, modern and comfortable. There were beautiful lit lanterns in the garden at night. The best part of the hotel, however, was the astounding buffet breakfast. Wow, we were so impressed and looked forward to breakfast every morning. Just the breakfast alone was worth the stay at this hotel!! We highly recommend this place and will definitely return if we are in Hoi An again. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!!

Everything was exceptional especially the staff. Room was large, very clean, shower powerful, we had a poolside view which was lovely. Breakfast was incredible Every one of the staff we met was so professional and friendly It was my husband’s birthday and they made him the most delicious cake and made his day special A special thank you to Ly for all her help

We had a great stay and the staff (particularly Quoc and Thi) made our stay personable and fun! Breakfast is lovely, the location is perfect, and there is a sister property at Ahn Bang beach where you can go for the day with shuttle service included. There is an outdoor garden bar area that it so enchanted with lanterns. Definitely have a drink there in the evening. The spa services were excellent. They are more expensive than some of the old town vendors but the quality and experience were significantly better with the hotel

It is a small thing, but they indicate the pool in front is for adults and the back pool is for families with children. That seemed to not always happening during our stay.

The staff were just lovely. We arrived at 21.55 and they offered us something to eat which we were so grateful for. 20 minutes later some delicious food arrived at our room, we could have cried with happiness! We’d just come from a new hotel in Hanoi so we were a bit underwhelmed by the rooms as they are quite traditional and not quite as fancy as the ones we’d just left behind but……the beds are the comfiest we have ever had, far comfier than ours at home and my goodness those pillows are magnificent! I even took the pillow case off to see if there was a label but there wasn’t. 🙃 There are rainforest showers which are nice and powerful. Every evening housekeeping came around to provide fresh towels and anything else required which we were very grateful for as we were having more showers than normal with the heat. The breakfast was great, the afternoon tea was always interesting and anything from the food menu was always just lovely. The pool is beautiful, no problem ever getting a bed in the shade and there’s even little fans above some of the sun-beds - bliss! We enjoyed happy hour cocktails in the lovely outside bar which even provided us with mosquito repellent. All the staff are just phenomenal, just exquisite, every single one of them, the manager should be very proud. (Oh and one more thing, it’s my birthday next month, please can you send me a pillow! 😂)

The heat in the lifts (I had to think of something!)

The property was very centrally located. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to look after us. The property had two pools, the bicycles were great and we used them well. The bedrooms were a good size, the shower was fantastic, the bed was great we slept really well. I left my flip flops at the hotel, and I emailed the hotel when we were in Saigon and spoke with Thi and the hotel arranged for them to be sent on to me in Saigon. It was my error not there’s. They never charged me and I received them 2 days later. That is going over and beyond. So impressed. Gets 5 stars from me. If we come back to Hoi An we will definitely stay here. Thank you 🙏

Excellent hotel. Well maintained (the best we've stayed in so far through Malaysia, Cambodia, and Vietnam). Two pools: very large/6-foot deep one in the front and a second smaller (kids/soaking) pool in the back. Breakfast was excellent. Good spread of standard warm/cold dishes (western + Vietnamese). Consistent a-la-carte egg station and rotating soup/spring rolls/noodle station. All food options were replenished consistently through end of breakfast service (don't need to get here early to make sure you get breakfast). They clean bedroom/replace towels multiple times a day (at least twice). The reception staff were helpful - provided lots of information about the hotel and the nearby sights to see/foods to eat. In general all staff were friendly and responsive to any request. They could also speak English well. Easy walk to the night market and across one of the many bridges to the old town. Great location.

There are barking frogs in the front of the hotel (they bark well into the wee hours of the morning), but did not impact sleep with the windows closed and heavy/sound dampening blinds drawn. There is a heavily used Motorcycle bridge behind the hotel (linking this island to the next). The bridge is made of metal and make a continuous racket (like rocks being unloaded from a tractor) throughout the day. Did not impact our room in the front of the hotel, but we could clearly hear it when we were breakfasting on the back deck. Cannot speak to its impact on rear bedrooms.

Lovely inviting and quiet resort along the river and walking distance to the night markets and restaurants. They have 2 decent sized pools, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, cocktail hour was great and they have a great selection of food at the buffet breakfast. We ate at their restaurant for lunch and dinner and we were very impressed with the flavours and presentation. The staff were all fantastic and friendly and would always ensure we were enjoying our stay and would be of great assistance for anything required. The gardens were pretty with the lanterns at night. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

The location is amazing, within walking distance of the main town, without being too public or noisy. The breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone. Finally, the staff is very friendly, always saying hello and happy to help! Would recommend wholeheartedly.

The spa treatments were not as satisfactory as we thought. The person who was massaging me had her phone on me during my massage and kept buzzing. Not very relaxing... In addition, they should really be more careful with the noted allergies and perhaps disclose the ingredients in the body scrub and the body wrap which contain dairy products.

Location was 10 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast was a mixture of salads and western food and Vietnamese food . Was happy with selection Staff were excellent, thank you Two pools, was able to use a sun bed Rivertown has it’s beach area , which was a plus Plugs close by bed Bathroom compact and functional , hair dryer available , can ask for iron and board .
