From start to finish our experience at La Charm was 10/10! Upon arrival, Ms. Loan provided excellent service and hospitality. She gave us many recommendations for things to do in Hoi An, including a recommendation for a tailor for my fiancés wedding suit. They have complimentary bikes which we rode to the beach. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options! They also had a pool, spa and gym onsite which we didn’t use but looked very nice. The bed in our room was huge and very comfortable. It’s also within walking distance to the market and Old Quarter. I would absolutely return!

We could hear some noise from the street during the afternoon but overall not a huge issue.

I highly recommend this hotel! It’s perfectly located within easy walking distance of the historic center, yet in a peaceful area that ensures a quiet stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. For anyone seeking comfort, friendliness, and a top-notch location, this hotel is it! Certainly price-quality wise

Very helpful and accommodating staff especially Ms. Thao. At check in, they don’t just tell you about your room or amenities of the hotel but also makes recommendations about where to get local foods, things to do in the town, tours we can do, transportation options, and even change currency (usd to dong) so we have money to spend in the market at night. They have free bicycles available to go around town, amazing spa services, clean room with good view of the town, great selection of buffet for breakfast. So many great things that made our stay so convenient and unforgettable! :) At checkout, Ms. Thao was there to wish us a great flight back and even gifted us with coconut treat to bring home.

1. All clerks are so nice to help us. 2. The location is good, walking 7 minutes to get to the Ancient Town and huge night market. 3. Breakfast buffet are delicious, there are both Western and Vietnamese foods, and many fresh juices. 4. The hair dryer is very powerful! 👍 5. The car to pick us up from Da Nang airport is $350,000, cheaper than Grab . 6. There are many shops around the hotel, a beef rib pho restaurant “ Phở Thìn Hội An “ is super delicious and cheap!

The only small thing not good is “no view “ from our balcony.

The staff here is so welcoming and ready to help with everything. Very accommodating and provide everything requested without hesitation (within reason of course). They have strong air con, the rooms are gorgeous along with the city views. The breakfast is yummy and a nice selection and there’s also free bikes to ride into town. The pool is beautiful and you can tell they take a lot of pride in working there and keeping it beautiful and clean for the guests. There was also a lizard that got into my room and they got it out in literally five minutes without harming it. And room service .. just book the hotel, worth it. Overall just beautiful hotel.

We've been to Hoi An many times but it was our first time staying in this hotel as it's quite new and this is by far our favourite. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The location is super, less than 5 minutes walking into the heart of the old town. Beds are super comfy, as was the cot for our baby. Good variety at breakfast for both Vietnamese and foreign dishes, juices, coffee, fruit, croissants and an egg station. The highlight of the hotel is their staff. From the moment we met the concierge men at the door and the receptionists, the house keeping staff and the staff working in the restaurant, everybody was super kind and helpful. We met some really lovely people and we will definitely return for that alone. They were all really kind to us and particularly entertaining our 7 month old baby. He will he wondering where all his friends are at breakfast at home. Thank you for everything.

Buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Pool is stunning and refreshingly cool. Markets and old town within walking distance. Free bicycle made seeing the sights easy! We made the most of the 30% discount at the spa with facials, pedicures and massages!! The tours were managed by reception upon request and rescheduled when needed to adjust. All recommendations did not disappoint! And the bed was the softest! Best sleep this trip!!!

Great stay at La Charm. Excellent service from Guest Relation Ms Loan who helped arrange our transfer from the airport to the hotel. She recommended several attractions and activities for our stay in Hoi An. The hotel is only a short walk to the old town and provides free bicycles for guests to use. Buffet breakfast has a good spread of local and western food. Very good value for a hotel that looks newly renovated.

Very comfortable place to stay, we spent three nights here and it was a very good location near the old section of town. The hotel is up to date and the rooms are really very nice. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure they paid attention to all the details.

Really nothing bad to say, they try very hard to make sure things are good for you.

We have been to a couple of 4 star hotels in Vietnam and what stood out in La Charm was the impeccable service from the staff who treated us very kindly during our check-in / check-out and throughout our stay, writing down places and activities as recommendations, providing us even with a farewell gift and making spontaneous rearrangements for the spa.
