I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Their personalized service made me feel valued and well taken care of. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. Everything was in great condition, providing both comfort and convenience. I also loved the breakfast spread, which offered a fantastic variety of selections. Whether you prefer local delicacies or Western favorites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The quality of the food was excellent, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The room was slightly small, but this was well-compensated by the spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony, which added to the overall comfort.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just on the very outskirts of the old town walking streets. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly with a lovely welcome drink on arrival and making the time to say hello and ask how we were over breakfast. The hotel decor is very charming and the rooms spacious. The breakfast options were delicious. We would stay here again and again with no hesitation and would easily recommend to any friends or family looking to stay in Hoi An..

The staff were keen to know if they could improve anything so I suggested on check out that there was only one tiny thing they could think about and that was bigger towels.

This was our favourite place to stay during our time in Vietnam. The staff were super friendly and hospitable, giving us great information about Hoi An on arrival that really enhanced our plans, and fitting us in for a foot massage in the spa when we hadn't made a booking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and our meal in the restaurant one evening was superb. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and the hotel itself is in a prime location. We loved being able to use the bicycles provided by the hotel, which made exploring the old town and place a little further afield really easy and fun. If you're thinking of booking this place - don't hesitate; it's great.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to almost everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed and organised drivers for us when required. The breakfast area was lovely with plenty of different options available. Our room was great, had a huge big and spacious bathroom. Stunning view from the balcony.

The aircon wasn’t quite strong enough to reach the bathroom which made it a bit warm in there after both of us had showered so it was a bit difficult to get ready in there.

La Charm is indeed a real charm! We had a fab room with amazing views (7th floor). The staff are all wonderful and so helpful. It is in an excellent location a short 10 min walk from main attractions. I strongly recommend a massage while you are there in their wonderful spa! The hotel also organised a trip for us to My Son Sanctory which was very good. The hotel is excellent value and I definitely recommend.

From start to finish our experience at La Charm was 10/10! Upon arrival, Ms. Loan provided excellent service and hospitality. She gave us many recommendations for things to do in Hoi An, including a recommendation for a tailor for my fiancés wedding suit. They have complimentary bikes which we rode to the beach. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options! They also had a pool, spa and gym onsite which we didn’t use but looked very nice. The bed in our room was huge and very comfortable. It’s also within walking distance to the market and Old Quarter. I would absolutely return!

We could hear some noise from the street during the afternoon but overall not a huge issue.

It's a fabulous stay! Staffs are extremely friendly and make sure every guest is taken care of. The room is big, bed is huge and very very comfortable. Breakfast selection is good. The pool is beautiful too. Location is good too. Old town is around 10 minutes walk away. Definitely worth the price and will definitely be back if I ever visit Hoi An again

We liked the hotel, all very clean and the pool garden very nice. Wonderful staff who did evrything to make you comfortable. Reception manager Nga was very helpful in aranging trips and flight tickets for us. We stayed for six weeks, and where happy the whole time. We recomend this hotel so much.

This boutique hotel lives up to it's name. It truly is Charming. I have never been anywhere with service this personable and impeccable. We ordered room service almost everyday. We were in their spa once, maybe 2x in one day.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are a good size (ours also had a balcony), the facilities are clean and well-maintained, including a lovely pool and outdoor area, and the staff are very helpful. You can walk to the historic centre of Hoian in around 10 minutes (along the river).
