The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Nam in particular went out of his way to offer advice and help us book activities and transport around Vietnam. He booked us a sleeper bus to our next destination and was available over WhatsApp to help us even after his shift was finished, he spoke excellent English. We were offered a room upgrade which was amazing, large and clean room with comfortable bed.

Although location is walking distance from ancient town in 36 degree celsius walking or even biking is not attractive in the high heat. We relied on taxis to get anywhere, which was a downside, although there are some restaurants and shops within 5 minute walk and you can borrow a bike or umbrella with no problem. Breakfast was mediocre.

We couldn't have been any more happy with our stay at the Ivy Villa. Highly recommend it. Not too fat to walk to Old Town and only mins in a car. Nam is the most beautiful, friendly and helpful host we had during our trip. The villas as private yet right where you want to be. The pool is fantastic. Nam organised all our tours for us, answered any questions we had, greeted us every morning, he is genuinely interested in what your plans are for that day. Breakfast is amazing you must have their signature banana pancakes. Rooms are great sizes, your room is done every day all staff are amazing. They have bicycles for your use as well

The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Hoi An. It is very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. We arrived at 5:30 in the morning and the hotel was opened for us to drop our bags and rest. Our rooms were ready after breakfast, which by the way is exceptional. Nam arranged all our trips for us and recommended some great place to eat and drink. Bedroom and en suite were faultless and the air con worked a treat. I can’t recommend those hotel highly enough.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Ivy Villa!! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. For me, the location was perfect. If you rent a motor bike, everything is 5-8 minutes away from this location. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and quite frankly made each morning an easier start. On top of all of this, Nam and his team are truly caring and accommodating hosts that I feel so lucky to have had. You can tell they care about their guests and are willing to help with anything they might need. As someone traveling alone, it’s nice to know someone is looking out for you. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast system where we had to pre-order our choices for the next day, ensuring fresh ingredients in the morning. Our banana pancake for breakfast was delicious. Although the hotel is a bit further from the city center, it is still within walking distance, and you can easily get a bike or use a car service like Grab to explore the town. They also helped us connect with a reliable bike rental company. Overall, we had a great experience at Ivy Villa in Hoi An.

The staff were really friendly. Mr Nam on reception was really helpful, he sent us loads of texts about activities to do in Hoi an and suggested lots of different options where we could get clothes made. He booked our coffee experience for us as well, and made us feel very welcome. The property is a little bit out of town but they have bikes to hire for free or we just walked most of the time as it only took 20 minutes to get there. If you really want a grab is about 22,000VND

Room was lovely. Location was great, not in the centre of the town but very close, 5 minute drive away. Nice restaurants nice walking distance. The staff were amazing. In particular Nam Do was exceptional, he went out of his way to book us all of our activities during our stay, and recommended us the best ones. He gave us many food recommendations also. On top of that, he was just very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall great place to stay, especially for the reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The room is clean, spacious. I also appreciate the view to the street and the small garden. They have free bikes to ride into the old town which is great - the distance is about 1.5 kilometers. Staff are helpful and attentive to customers, I like it.

The bed was not very comfortable. Even when it's soft, it bends to the spine making my back hurt after sleep. The room was not well sound-proof so it's a bit unconvenient. Not very uncomfortable but it could be an area of development.

Property was nice small but clean. Breakfast was great fresh and prepared while you wait. Staff very helpful could not do enough to help. Free bikes to use as and when you please.

Property about 15/20 walk from old town, however with use of bikes not far. Pool is small doesn’t get much sun and sun-loungers are places in pool. No other sitting area.

Whilst not in the centre of Hoi An this hotel has a lovely position and it is easy enough to get a Grab into the old town. The breakfast was great and the pool was refreshing after wandering around exploring in the heat. Nam in particular was really helpful with booking trips for us and sent us some amazing recommendations for locals eats and activities - highly recommend the Lavender Spa which is 10 minutes walk away!
