I took here my fiance because she loves princess vibes and castles. The acomondation made us feel like in a fairytale and gave us romantic vibes which is excatly what we hoped for. Our room was very pretty, spacious and smelled good. We had a pool view and the apartment furniture looks historical. The staff was reaaaally friendly and kind, asking us everyday while breakfast how did we sleep, if everything is fine etc and they were always smiling. One day we could not fall asleep because of a loud party noise coming from another hotel next to this one. We went to the reception to ask whether it is possible to do something about that. The staff was very helpful and kindly moved us to another room on the other side of a hotel for that night so we could fall asleep. The breakfast was good, a lot of to choose from. We received an half hour free foot massage instead of free taxi to airport (which we did not need). There are bicycles to borrow for free.

The apartment is not fully sound-proof, you can hear noise from the coridors (room cards beeping etc.) and outside.

We arrived to find a leakage from the AC, but the staff responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. Since no other rooms were available, they upgraded us to a room at their sister hotel, Rosemary Boutique Hotel. The staff were outstanding, especially Phuong, the hotel manager, who took exceptional care of us after the unfortunate start. Thanks to their incredible hospitality, we ended up extending our stay by five extra nights! This is truly the place to stay in Hoi An.

I liked everything about this place.

This place was a dream! We ended up here after leaving another hotel due to mildew in the rooms, and it was such a welcome change. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a beautiful pool—our kids loved it. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile. When our kids got sick, they were incredibly attentive and helpful. Plus, they even surprised my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast! Definitely the best stay we had in Vietnam

The facilities were fantastic and the location is great but more than this the staff were simply amazing. They all went above and beyond for our family. When you are there you feel like you are a world away from the business of Hoi An and Old Town it is a great escape and a great family experience. We were treated with drinks on arrival and every member of staff had a smile and made you feel so welcomed. We will definitely be going back there on our next Hoi A venture.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about our experience during this stay.

Good breakfast selection, we were upgraded to a huge room with a nice view, comfortable bed, and overall a nice looking premises. The staff were lovely.

The pool has a little too much chemical - I can swim happily with my eyes open in most environments, but not here. A little bit away from the busier areas - we were aware of that when we booked it though, just a bit quiet in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful landscaped grounds and great staff with an excellent breakfast buffet. Spa massage therapists were great as well. We also enjoyed the bicycles that were available to borrow.

Our room was clean but had some maintenance issues including shower taps hot/cold handles reversed, and apparently some old water damage to molding in room. Also pool was not cleaned adequately with lots of hair in it. The bicycles could be better maintained. A map of suggested safe routes would have been helpful.

Absolutely everything. They provide motorbike hire at the hotel and bike hire and transport to the old town, the latter two free for guests. You can also book excursions at a good price at the reception desk. Very complete breakfast buffet.

On the downside, I would say don't change money at the hotel. They offer you the possibility of doing so but it is much better at any money exchange in the old centre of Hoi An. I would repeat my stay at this hotel.

Being there in summer, made it a bit too hot to use free push bikes for long distances, but only 30.000 Dong for a Grab to old town. Around 80.000 D to An Bang beach.

The hotel was amazing and the staff the kindest, friendliest in Vietnam. They where full of knowledge and always went above and beyond! The highlight was the cooking class they organised for us. Great hotel

Everything about this place was a delight. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. They catered to and even entertained my kids. The place is scenic and has a beautiful pool looking out to the rooms. The rooms itself were spacious and had good amenities. We were sad to leave.

I didn't like that the shower and bath were combined but I have germaphobia.
