The staff were wonderful and kind and went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. the pool was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast good. The standout was the evening meals in the restaurant. We dined in 4 times because the food was sooo good and very reasonably priced. Laundry was charged at very reasonable rate too.

The gym. It was very underwhelming. 2 treadmills stuck on an incline of 15%. Staff unable to rectify this. Only other machine was an antiquated cross trainer. As I chose this place for what looked like a reasonable gym I was very disappointed. I did suggest to management that they either improve the gym or get rid of it all together so people aren't disappointed like me.

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and eager to please. The hotel was in a great location. The restaurant had great food and provided room service. They accommodated our request to substitute items when my husband fell ill due to eating street food.

The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, though.

Beautiful hotel. New, clean and with a beautiful pool and patio area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet oasis out of the old town how everybody only a 5 minute Grab (Uber) ride away. The hotel rooms are large and clean with great air conditioning. We stayed in early Dec. Great breakfast selection. A bonus was the swim up bar and pool room. Our adult kids loved this area. Also a small gym we didn’t use but looked good. We had a massage at the hotel spa which was lovely too. We will be back to stay again when next in Hoi An!

Nothing - everything great!

Everything. The staff were amazing from check-in to check out. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They gave great recommendations and were always on hand to help. They always asked us how our day had been and if we had plans. The pool was absolutely fantastic, it was a little warmer and less bracing than other hotel pools we've had in Vietnam, we loved swimming here or sitting by the pool as the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was fantastic, different choices everyday and open from 6:30-10 so a big window to choose from whether you're getting up early or lying in. The whole feeling and vibe of the hotel was completely tranquil and enjoyable, I think that this place attracts like minded guests (mainly younger families and couples in their 30s who want a little bit of relaxation). Grab is so easy to use and cheap, it cost us about £1.50 to get from the hotel to the centre of the old town, or if you prefer you can walk. It's just under 2km and takes around 25-35 minutes to walk. There's lots of options for food and drink on the same street as the hotel, some great cafés and eateries as well as some really nice places walking through the fields and paddies up to places like the Roving Chillhouse. It's nice to be slightly outside the old town as whilst it's beautiful, it's also a little 'touty' and busy at night, so it's a welcome break. We decided to extend our stay 1 night because we loved it here so much and the front desk were super helpful with this as well as helping with the laundry service. 100% would recommend and 1000% would stay again.

The only things that could be improved were the tap and shower in our room. The tap seemed to have way too much pressure and soaked everything when using, the large rainfall shower head was slightly blocked so only 75% of it was in use. We mentioned both issues to the front desk on check out and they said that the maintenance team would look straight away. The only other thing to mention is that you may have to request the bar to be open in low season to play pool/games because it doesn't stay open all the time.

1. This hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. We spent 5 nights here and got an immediate update upon check in. 2. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a cute balcony overlooking the pool. 3. I really loved the location which was not too central. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre which I liked as I enjoy walking and being active but it rained everyday so we had to use a grab which was super cheap. 4. Breakfast was included in the booking and included a wide variety of options 5. They have a beautiful pool which unfortunately I did not get to use due to the rain, it didn’t stop all of us though as I saw many guests swimming :D 6. The happy hour drinks were fantastic 7. They have free umbrellas to use 8. The staff were super helpful and made sure we had a fantastic stay

From the moment we arrived i knew it was going to be a good stay The hotel is in a great location and you can get the free shuttle bus service into Hoi An or grab a taxi which the staff will call for you Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they all go above and beyond to help Breakfast was fabulous with a very wide range to choose from and all very fresh The pool area is lovely and relaxing and we spent each morning relaxing by the pool with a book The manager is also present and we saw him twice while we were there such a nice man as all the staff are. The guy in the bar makes a great mojito 🍹 If you are looking to book a hotel in Hoi An I recommend The Saga 😊

The staff were amazing! So friendly and happy every time. Also very helpful when booking a day tour. The bar staff and wait staff provided exceptional service and you felt like more friends than family. Spa staff (I had Ty) gave the best massage I have ever had. Their package deals were very reasonable and so professional. The facilities and cleaning staff also exceptional! Also received a free upgraded room. Being invited to the Christmas tree lighting was a highlight! Highly recommended place to stay!
