Lovely family owned and run homestay in Hoi An, the family lives on site and all of them are very kind and helpful, whatever you need they will help you with it. Bi is your main hostess, she knows English very well which leads to clear information and a hassle free stay. Great location both the beach and Old Town are easily accessible by bicycle or scooter, both modes of transport are available on site. I do recommend getting yourself a scooter over a bicycle. Rooms are clean, however, like any other regular homestay it is wise to keep it clean yourself as well. The bed is made up of clean bed linen, everything smelled freshly washed, and there were no hairs, stains, dirt or sand to be found. Noteworthy: - Solid breakfast options. - Clean towels every day. - Fair price for transportation to Da Nang (airport/city). - Sizable rooms.

Your stay is absolutely worth the money you are spending. However, if I need to be critical the bed is decent, it has a slight curve in it which is less comfortable than a flat surface.

Honestly, this has been my best stay in Vietnam. I can’t even put to words how much I loved to stay here with this family. The location is perfect, you can easily use the bikes and cycle through the rice fields or hit the beach. Besides that, in a 20min walk you’re in the old town, so you’re close enough to everything but not in the middle of a busy town. I was solo traveling and the family took so good care of me! Totally recommend this place.

I absolutely loved everything! The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I only stayed 3 nights, next time I’ll stay longer.

My stay at Oleander Garden Homestay was perfect! Bi and her Family were so friendly and with a big heart. From beginning on I had always good vibes and the feeling I‘m treated like a part of it. At the beginning I got a good explanation of the area, activities and Bi helped me always when I needed something. And my personal highlight: Bi surprised me for my birthday with a big bouquet of flowers and cookies. 😍 So so so kind!! My room was as well very big, cozy & the bed comfortable. The location of the homestay is good. You’re very fast in the oldtown and at the beach and you can rent a bicycle in the homestay. So it’s the perfect location if you want to explore both. The garden and the pool are enjoyable for relaxing time and the breakfast, which was a yummy Banh Mi. Thank you and your family once again for everything I’m sure I’ll be come back again. 🤗

Everything was just a great experience so I have nothing to complain about.

Close to good restaurants and a nice bike ride to the market and lantern areas. Bi, the host, is a true delight and went above and beyond in all she did for us. My husband was sick and she took me on a motorcycle ride to a local market to get something he wanted. She arranged a good deal for our transport to the Danang airport that picked us up right at the hotel AND she got up extra early because of our early departure to cook us our included breakfast. The pool is refreshing, rooms are very big, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Love the heartwarming family of Bi! The length of hospitality is amazing. We had to catch our flight really early and the family made us a breakfast to go, soooo lovely! Bi has a family owned clothing shop and we were in such good hands as well. Lovely home made breakfast and they let us use their bikes to go around the area. Close to city center and the beach. If we sum it all up, I think this was our best stay in VIETNAM so far! Many many thanks to the family (especially Bi) and def recommend to visit!

If we have to think about one thing, is that the shower pressure is not that high. Although very nice bathroom and really spacious.

Mrs Bi and her family gave us a warm welcome. Mrs Bi was very welcoming, she helped us with all our questions and even booked us onward travel. The rooms were very large, flooded with light and clean. The rooms were even cleaned once a day. The garden and the pool were really nice!

The Homestay was located near a bigger street. We didn't hear the noise in the rooms, but in the garden. If noise is not a big thing for you, this should be no problem.

I have been traveling Asia for 8 months now and I can hands down say that this is the nicest, and most friendly place I have stayed! The hostel family are the nicest people you've ever met, , and extremely helpful, aaand the moms cooking is damn tasty! Not only is the accommodation affordable, even for a backpacker (especially if you share the room) but they also supply the cheapest scooter rental, laundry, and bus services that I have seen in hoi an. It is in a great location, close to the main town and the beach, with plenty of cheap restaurants nearby. The room is amazing, and absolute luxury (I would think this even if I wasn't a backpacker). Very clean and spacious! Would 100% recommend this place for your stay in hoi an!

We had a lovely room with a private balcony, amazing breakfast and the best host ever with a wonderful family of hers! We’ve spent three wonderful days in Hoi An and the guys made our experience unforgettable! They helped us out whatever we needed and went out of their way to make all our dreams come true!

Be and her family went out of their way to meet with all of our needs. Words aren't enough. You can arrange all means of transportation and any other experiences you can imagine through the homestay. Whatever we wanted from scooter to tour to Ba Na Hills and some beautiful handmade clothes. Definitely recommended to stay here ( give Hoi An more than two days as ot has a lot to offer!) Hope to see you all again .

It's a very beautiful Homestay . The room was big and cozy with even a balcony. The Old Quarter of Hoi An is not far plus you can rent a bicycle to get there in the Homestay for very little money. But the gems of the homestay are the family, especially Mrs. Bi. She's simply lovely, very helpful and gives you a feeling of being at home. I stayed there only for one night but I could have stayed longer if I wouldn't have to catch a flight. Thank you for the lovely stay.
