This was by far my favorite hotel during my whole Vietnam trip. As it is a little bit outside of the historic center (20-30 minutes by foot) it's very quiet, also because of the lovely courtyard. I enjoyed waking up and seeing all the trees right in front of my window (was staying on the upper floor, which I would recommend). It's also a 10 minute ride to the beach and has some very good vegan restaurants around. The furniture was really homey and the bathroom a 10/10, as you didn't flood everything while taking a shower (which happened at other hotels). Would definitely come here again!

The staff wasn't that easily reachable and communicating was a bit hard but with Google Translate it worked well.

We loved it so much we extended our stay with 3 nights. The garden is the ideal place to relax, it's quiet and secluded but still a central location. Feels like a little oasis of peace. And the staff is so friendly and helpful! We met some nice fellow-travellers as well while hanging out in the garden. The location is ideal, about 25 minutes on foot to the old city centre but there's shops and good food all around the homestay (recommendation: Firefly Restaurant). We would gladly come back here if we ever go to Vietnam again!

Beds were pretty hard, but that's standard practice in Vietnam.

Our stay at Loc Phat Hoi An Homestay was absolutely delightful! The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our time special. They helped us book a fantastic cooking class and organized a shuttle bus for our next destination. The place itself is not just clean but radiates a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Spending Christmas there was truly magical. With its great view, comfy rooms, and friendly vibes, Loc Phat Hoi An Homestay comes highly recommended, especially considering its proximity to the charming old town. An all-around fantastic experience!

This was the fourth time we have had the pleasure of staying wth Linh and her family. We love it here!!! Most of our meals were had in their Crystal Restaurant - not only because it is extremely convenient, but because the food is the best in Hoi An at the best price. Loc Phat is very well located between the beach and the old quarter. A brief bicycle ride in either direction will give you the best attractions Hoi An has to offer. Highly recommend.

No dislikes - nothing to fault

I loved that it was family owned. Everyone was happy and very welcoming. The location is perfect, no loud music or noises from the street because we are tucked in to the neighborhood. Also loved that they had a restaurant upfront with great food.

The Wifi was spotty from my room, I had to connect to multiple different, but same wifi to watch or work. I didn't mind it but adding a card key would be a bonus, I accidentally broke the key chain which was big and bulky.

Loc Phat Hoi An Homestay is a place we would love to go back to when we next visit Vietnam. Ms Linh who owns and manages the Homestay is a ‘one-woman-army’. Under her watchful eyes, the Homestay is a highly comfortable place to stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and neat and clean. The place is full of greenery due to a very well-maintained garden, which adds to its serenity and tranquility. Ms Linh was gracious enough to provide a hearty and sumptuous breakfast to us. On the whole, it was a memorable stay there.

This homestay is one that's run 'from the heart' and everything there reflects the same. The ambience is quaint and old-school. Linh who runs the place is a warm yet efficient lady and keeps everything perfect. She's forthcoming, speaks English & guides you for anything you may needs. The linen, AC, toilets are all super clean. We had the most beautiful time there walking around in the neighborhood to nice cafes or having fresh fruit from their fruit trees. The tours they organize and the cooking classes are well worth it. The best part is that the Hoi An old city is barely 1.2 kms away so you can walk it if you do not wish to take a cab. We had hired a bike from Linh for the days we were there.

Cozy Homestay that has lovely rooms! Good vibes, Linh the owner is nice and happy to give tips about Hoi An or arrange your bus trip. Bicycles rental 25k per day, scooter 120k per day. Free Drinkable water available. Mini fridge available. The staff is super kind and smiley, one lady in particular couldn’t speak English but we could understand each other, and was like a mum to us 🥰 very caring! One evening we stopped Linh for info about the bus, our conversation ended up to be very meaningful and we’re so thankful for how she opened and what she shared with us, I got emotional! Linh you’re inspirational and such a strong woman! Don’t ever change your attitude towards life ❤️Thanks for your encouragement! Take care !

Everything was perfect just a tiny bit of sewage smell coming from maybe toilet / shower ( it’s nice that they’re separated by the way ).

Amazing place!! Recommended by someone and I wasn't disappointed. Very spacious double room with huge windows and big comfy bed. Really cute outside area that felt very naturey with lots of lanterns. Very helpful staff who looked after us well, one of the ladies kindly made a few calls for me when I left something on a bus. Food is lovely also. 10/10!!

Clean, comfortable and modern room with everything you could need. Beautiful and really well kept gardens/landscaping and seating area which make for a really nice setting. No noise at night and the entrance gates are closed given that extra safety factor. The best thing about the place is the pleasant staff. The owner Miss Linh can not do enough for her guests and is highly knowledgeable. I originally booked for 6 nights and ended up staying almost 3 weeks.
