The lady running the hotel was exceptionally kind and friendly. We felt so welcomed. Within a few days she knew our breakfast order (my fiance loved the pancakes), and she made our stay so lovely. The room felt luxurious and spacious. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfy. The gardens were beautiful. The coffee served at breakfast was incredible. The location is also great for nearby eateries and cafes. It's so easy to get a taxi into the old town.

The bikes need improving. The brakes and bells didn't work on all of them. Also, note that there's no gym or spa. Other than that, we loved East West Villa and would 100% recommend it.

Hai and the team were absolutely amazing and so accommodating the whole way through our stay. I felt so at home in a country that is so foreign to me. my first time in hoi an and will definitely not be my last. I will without a doubt be staying here again. The hospitality blew me away and Hai's knowledge of the area and willingness to help with anything we asked for was incredible. Location is amazing, breakfast was fantastic, everything was kept neat and tidy the whole time. 100/10 stay. could not recommend enough

Not a single complaint

The manager was amazing, I extended my stay and she allowed me to stay in the same room even though it was inconvenient for her and required attempting to move reservations around. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here just for the family vibes. The accommodation was very pretty as well and the breakfast very filling, they don’t nickel and dime you.

The property could have been a bit cleaner, especially in the bath tub and the bath I had would not stay filled always because the drain did not work properly. However, if you press hard on it and move it around usually it will hold. But this should be an easy fix in the future hopefully!

We stayed here recently for 10 nights and really loved everything. The location made it easy to go to to Old Town and An Bang really easily, as they also have free bicycles we could use during our stay. We were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade and ended up with a huge room and massive bathroom with a nice view and natural lighting. The pool is beautiful and quiet, making it a nice place to relax and chill at any time of day. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our room price. When the staff found out we were vegetarian they offered to cook us a special vegetarian lunch - normally not a regular option - and spoiled us with all different types of tofu, marinated mock meat, eggplant, beans, tofu and peanut salad and rice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and always have a smile on. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in Hoi An and recommend to people who want privacy, comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for a reasonable price.

Great hotel, very quiet area with some good restaurants within walking distance (Red Dragon!). It is not in the center of Hoi an. The hotel has bicycles and both the center of Hoi An and the close-by beaches can easily be reached. I especially like the hidden beach, which can be reached by biking past rice fields and water buffaloes in 15 or 20 min. Nice swimming pool, good breakfast right at the pool, and friendly personnel

Nothing really, I didn’t like that I had to leave after some days

We loved this villa!! The family were beautiful and kind. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and the pool was a great size and very clean. The tropical plants and environment were so cooling. The breakfast was delicious and they were very generous with providing numerous choices. Moreover the location is perfect, close to many great restaurants, market, etc without being in the busy-ness of Ancient Town. We would definitely recommend and hope one day to come back!!

The homestay is quite for relaxation, strange and unique architecture, surrounded by many cool trees, delicious breakfast, super friendly and enthusiastic staff, great swimming pool

This villa is not just a hotel, it is like a home! All the staff are amazing, particularly the lovely manager Hai who will take care of you like family! The room was gorgeous, quiet and had a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfasts are delicious and prepared with so much care. The location is convenient, lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, just a short walk from beautiful rice fields and a short Grab or bike trip to An Bang and the old town. Highly recommend staying here - you won’t be disappointed! I’ll be going back for sure!

We stayed at East West Villas for 5 nights and we had an amazing time! The complex is amazing and the rooms are clean and very big. The breakfast was also really good and on the hot days we enjoyed cooling down at the big and beautiful pool. The host Mrs. Hai was also really friendly and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations about Hoi An and for example helped us book a cooking class. All in all we had an amazing time at East West Villas and we would 10/10 recommend!
