We were recommended the May Boutique villa by other travellers earlier in our Vietnam trip. Our expectations were exceeded once we arrived to the hotel. All staff were excellent and Muoi helped us book our transport to our next location, and a cooking class while in Hoi An. Breakfast was good, and was a buffet style spread. The location is perfect. Close to Old town but away from the noise. Very peaceful. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and had aircon which was needed The pool was amazing. In the sunshine but also partially shaded. Can recommend this place enough if you are looking for a quiet chilled place

Noise did travel in the hallway and you could hear other people if they were being loud in the hallway. No noise from traffic at night though

I have been over 100 countries in my life and I would rate this hotel for the value. One of the very best I have ever stayed in.. The shower was excellent. The mattresses were excellent. I had a nice terrace. The room was super clean. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great for the value of paying would definitely stay there again. It’s a little bit out of town, but that’s nice because the music in town is quite loud it’s only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, but it’s a pleasure walk at all super friendly and helpful. I ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport and it was cheaper than I ordered from Grab. It was a great value for the money I spent did I mention the staff was very friendly and helpful and showed us where to go , we rented a motorcycle through hotel and it was reasonably priced very friendly. Overall, I would rate this excellent maybe even beyond excellent

The pillows were very clean and new, but they could use an extra pillow so when you’re watching TV from bed can set up easier. Other than that, there’s really zero to complain about.

Modern clean and lovely! Easy walk to old town and the night markets!! Rooms very clean, modern, great size! Beds and pillows were very comfy! Pool was the perfect temp and a necessity to combat the heat! Staff were absolutely exceptional!!! Felt like a home stay with how catering they were. They speak amazing English and helped us plan/book the following 5 days of our trip in other locations! (I.e. trains, flight, cruise, tours) their insight to all the options available was extremely helpful and seamless. Moi and V made us feel so welcome and helped us in any way they could! Exceptional service! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!!

Friendly staff! HUGE Thanks to the host! I was late for my (already paid) sleeping bus to Da Lat but stuck in the middle of a rainstorm in the hotel and no taxi or grabs would answer me by then cuz of the rain. The host himself drove me there on his motorcycle in the huge rain! 🥹 The rain was so hard that It really felt like riding on a boat lol. We were both soaking wet but he took good care of me and helped me till I found my bus and didn’t take a penny (even though I didn’t book from him). The breakfast was nice. Every Staff was sooo friendly, lovely and helpful. It felt like home. Basic room with good sunshine during daytime.

My room felt a little damp and moist, and a little smelly. But I guess it’s only the case for the cheapest basic room. But the price itself is unbelievably cheap. Hoi an ancient town is crazily busy by night and almost impossible to Grab back, so I had to walk all the way from there to the hotel. ;( Highly Recommend to rent a motorcycle by yourself!

My experience at May boutique villa was nothing short of amazing, from the moment I arrived until I departed. The service provided by Muoi and Vy was exceptional; the hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay in Hoi An. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Vy and Muoi also assisted me in arranging my bus ticket to my next destination at very reasonable rates. They greatly enhanced my time in Hoi An, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There is so much to praise this hotel for. The staff were warm, efficient and had a great grasp of English. The value was excellent, especially with an delicious breakfast included. It's close, but not too close to the Old Town of Hoi An and about 15 mins on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well- equipped. The bed was enormous and gave us two great nights of sleep. The shower is powerful and had plenty of hot water We found this an incredible find and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

One of the best stays we had on our travels in Vietnam. Great value for money, really helpful and informative staff, really nice facilities in the room and a clean every day with new towels. There is even a nice pool & free breakfast. Muoi, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful too.

The bus we organized to Phong Nha was different than expected, so would have appreciated more info when booking but we still got there in one piece ☺️

Big room with comfy bed! The bathroom was very clean and the AC worked well. Located a little bit outside of the busy streets of Hoi An but we preferred it that way. Though it’s only 10 min walk which wasn’t bad. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included for our booking and there was free bike rental which was very convenient for us. Absolutely loved everything about this place! Free water too :)

Muoi and the team were extra welcoming and warm. Muoi was very attentive and always on hand to answer any questions we had. The free breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit, continental breakfast and local breakfast options, as well as fresh pho made to order by the staff. Additionally, the hotel arranged all our trips, moped rental and bus all for very good value. The room was good too and the shower was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent place, highly recommended! Big and comfy room with balcony, kettle and refrigerator. Good AC and comfortable bed. The best buffet breakfast we tried in Vietnam (tasty and fresh, rice, noddle, tofu, omelette, bread, variety of vegetables, fruits and juices, also coffee with milk) Quiet and clean pool area and hotel. New facilities! Very attentive staff, you can book tours and busses with them. Free bicycles Thank you!!! 🤩
