The staff were brilliant, really welcoming and helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to get clothes tailored and go for food. The room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom and a nice view over the riverside. The villa is very close to the old town as well but far enough to not hear the music from the bars late at night.

The bed was a bit creaky and felt like it was collapsing underneath us by the end of our stay. The other issue we had was the building works next door started at 7am every morning and once they started it was far too loud to get back to sleep, so that was not a pleasant thing to wake up to every morning.

I love the staff the lady boss the most. She has the most brightest smily face. Most of the times we do not understand something, we will look for her. The staff and the lady boss equally friendly. The location was also ok. Maybe walking to the old town is quite a distance but if you have a motorbike or bicycle or you can call the electric car just less than 10 minit away from this hotel. The interior is clean and good. Can see the river view as well from the hotel. The pancake and coffee is good! Breakfast definitely will be given a free pancake may it be pineapple or banana pancake during our stay. They taste good!

Rather disappointed when my friend room with 2 single bed have bath tub in their room, wherelse mine with queen bed doesn't have a bath tub. The pool is rather small so not much space to swim. But if going with small kids this place should be just perfect.

Nice sized room with a great view, the staff were good to deal with, the pool was lovely. The free bicycles are a good addition based on far out location. It's very clean in public areas & there is also plenty of space to air clothes & shoes outside the room.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming while being perfectly adequate. The location is a long walk from the main downtown area (15 minutes) but the free bicycles do solve this if a guest is happy to brave ths crazy city traffic.

The two ladies on reception made our stay happy and memorable. So friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in where we were from and how they could help to make our time in Hoi An enjoyable. Our room 210 was spacious and had a good view of the river. The walk in shower was huge and the water was hot! The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast you have to order the night before. One item per person. Perfectly cooked and served with fresh fruits, juice and filter coffee which I really liked. Also we could park our private scooter inside at night, nice and secure.

This is now my favourite hotel to stay while in Hoi An so nothing to dislike.

The staff were absolutely amazing ! Before I arrived they contacted me via WhatsApps to see if I needed transport and confirmed my check in time. Happy to help you out with anything you need, but do not push it. When we checked in, they sat us down to give us a run down of tours, prices, recommended restaurants etc. Check in on each guest every day to make sure they were happy and if they needed anything. The room was big and spacious and I loved being able to sit out the front and see the water. Free bikes to ride into town (ask how to lock them as we didn't know the first couple of days). Breakfast had the same menu every day, but plenty of options. Be sure to order the night before if you are wanting local dishes. Thank you so much for our awesome stay!

The lights in the pool were loose and wires everywhere. They were not connected and it was safe to swim, but probably need fixing asap. It would be great to have somewhere comfortable to sit around the pool when it's raining 😁

Breakfast was great. Location and views over the river were great. Swimming pool was nice to relax in - not too busy. Rooms were generally great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Tram and her colleagues were very nice. We booked a day tour through hotel. It's a 10 minute stroll into centre of Hoi An, so its fairly quiet in the hotel in the evening. Really good value.

We had booked very early and requested/booked certain rooms but on arrival, one of the rooms was not available and had to spend 1 night in a room which was not great (no windows). Then had to repack to move to the room originally requested. 1st world problems, sure, but when booking something early, you kind of expect what you book.

We spent a few days in Hoi An for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the hotel. Not only did we receive a wonderful room, but everybody was extremely attentive. We especially had a lovely chat with a young lady called Tham (I hope I wrote it right though) who checked in with us to make sure we were well taken care of :) Also, the owner recommended different spots for us to visit in order to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you very much!

The weather was not amazing while we were there, so unfortunately we did not get to try out the pool at all. However it looked very inviting, so we'll just have to come back to try it out!

Great view and great staff esp. Tram who made my stay very comfortable and catered to all my needs with an unflinching smile. She and the staff at Threeway are excellent representatives of Vietnamese hospitality. The location is at a walking distance from Old Town / Night Market (1-1.5 km) which means you can have a relatively quiet experience without being too far from the action. The room and property pictures were accurate and as advertised. Pro tip: Rent your bike from here. It is at par with the market rates in Hoi An. Use the cab service through the hotel, it is generally cheaper than Grab.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped us to book tours and taxis whenever needed, the breakfast was at a fair price and tasty and the pool was nice to stay in. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. They also recommended a nice tailor shop, to which I got a lovely skirt and top done.

I wish they had a lift, I assume I got tired to go all 3 floors up every day, but we agreed to that on the check-in. We also had an issue with the sheets when we first arrived but then the staff helped us to change them to new ones. The location was a 15min walk to the city center, which we solved with getting a cab during the hot days.

Had an excellent stay at ThreeWay Riverside Villa. The room I stayed in was beautiful. Very clean and cosy. Bed was also very comfortable. No problem with noise. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from everything you need including restaurants, main attractions, etc. Probably the best location in Hoi An. Would highly recommend for a solo traveler or a couple. Staff were excellent and also. Trâm was very friendly and helpful and helped organise a private driver to take me to my next destination in Hue. Trâm made some great suggestions of attractions along the way I should site see. Highly recommend this place. Will be back. Cảm ơn
