Villa is really nice and clean, rooms are comfortable. Walking distance to old town. Breakfast is really delicious (eggs, banh mi and pho). Their staff is amazing, really helpful and nice. All of them try their best to help you and be of service. We came before the checkout time and they still let us go to the room already. Bikes and scooter rentals also are possible from them. They can also arrange tours for you. We went on cooking class eco tour and had a great time!

The location was perfect. We wanted to be somewhere within walking distance to ancient city tourist cites, nice restaurants and bars, but still wanted somewhere a little bit quieter. The Zen Boutique was a perfect location that met these wants. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, before and throughout our stay. We liked how spacious, clean and full of natural light the our room was. The breakfast, which we could choose from was also excellent :) I would definitely re-visit and recommend to whoever is planning on visiting Hoi An.

Excellent villa in Hoi An! Authentic and nice place with excellent and kind staff. The room is large with a comfortable bed and a side view of the stunning rice fields. At first the air conditioner didn't work so well, it took some time to cool down and cool the room, but after about an hour it worked great. The wifi was fine. Nice breakfast. The place is a bit far from the central markets and the old city, about 15 minutes walk. The hotel staff was very nice, they helped us with what we needed and advised us which trips are recommended to do in Hoi An. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the room, but the pictures that appear in Booking match the reality.

The only thing that disturbed us in the room was the curtain - there are 2 curtains, one of which is supposed to be opaque, in reality it was not opaque and we woke up to the light already at sunrise.

Wonderful, genuine boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. The property itself was beautiful and a short walk from the centre of Hoi An. The breakfast and pool area was stunning and the hotel served delicious breakfasts - we had noodle soup, banh mi and banana pancakes with fruit over the course of our stay. From the moment we stepped in we felt welcome and at home, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Being able to borrow a bike was a big plus too, and it is easy to cycle to the rice paddies and beach from the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here and for someone from UK it is incredible value. Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Thank you!

Bright, airy and spotlessly clean room, gorgeous en suite and balcony complete with little pond and lotus flowers. Breakfast was varied, fresh fruit, choice of eggs in various ways or noodles, toast with home made jam and fresh yogurt. Two lovely ladies on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. There are free bikes but we hired a scooter which was only a couple of quid for the day. Ideal location, quiet with views of countryside. About 15 min walk to old town and a short ride from An Banh beach b

We had a fantastic stay! The room was great, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was the best we had during our entire trip. The staff went above and beyond, offering helpful information and services. The location was perfect—close enough to the old town, but far enough to avoid the chaos.

The room had a slightly damp feeling, and some of the services, like transport, were more expensive compared to other quotes we received.

The whole hotel gave a wonderful peaceful feel. Breakfast was either egg or noodles, so it catered to both western or local food, as well as fruit, yoghurt and pancakes. Eating next to the pool was peaceful. The room was so large, clean and comfortable and the balcony a perfect place for journalling in the mornings. The staff were very friendly and have good recommendations for tailors, lantern workshop and booked us a bus onto Huê.

Would have been nice to have some fresh milk provided in the rooms to make tea. Yoga classes would be a nice touch if they are able to find instructors.

Everything about my stay here was just incredible Zen kind of gives it away in the name - this is a really calm and relaxing little stay - not farm from the centre of it all. I have an absolute amazing time here, massively recommend and already planning another trip back when I visit Vietnam again on the bikes. The staff here are very attentive, they listen and treat you with the utmost respect - giving advice and recommendations along the way. Friendly and kind. I unfortunately was not staying long enough to take part in any activities due to me being here filming schedule but everything looked pretty amazing. If I had to pick one thing about this stay that was my favourite - as much as I wanted to pick the shower in the rooms… it has to be the breakfast service, you make your pre order the day before and you are made breakfast - which by the time you have sat down and gotten a coffee - your food plus extra fruits and yoghurts on your table for you to have - honestly, the food here was incredible (they made a home made Passionfruit jam which I put in the yoghurts and its just delightful. Couldn’t thank the staff enough for the love that goes into this hotel and service, THANK YOU to everyone at Zen, will see you again

Huong, Vee and Vien are excellent hosts, Very professional, warm and accommodating hosts. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony which unfortunately we didn't use due to the very hot sun in the morning which was unexpected. We loved the breakfast particularly the home made yoghurt and fresh juices and fruit. Peter also enjoyed the fried eggs and bacon.

The overhead fan only had one speed which was a little noisy at night but worked well as did the airconditioning.

We got the best attention & care in our trip to Vietnam in this hotel. The staff took care of us, and our plans without anything in return. The rooms and the hotel is beautiful and cozy, the bed super comfy anf the breakfast is very tasty. the place is well located between the beach and the center. You can get bikes for free or take a grab. Very convenient :)

It is a pity that there are no meditation classes in the little temple anymore as on the pictures..
