The woman at the reception was very nice. I liked, that she led us to our room and showed us the important things. The room was tidy and neat. The water and coffee was for free, which wasn't the case in other hotels we visited. The fridge was clean and odorless, the furniture was in good shape and the beds were comfortable. I liked, that all the lights were controllable from switches next to the beds. The room we were in also had a small balcony, which was very good for drying clothes. The pool of the hotel was sufficient and seemed clean. There were no time restrictions for the access. What we especially liked: The shower had some kind of tub so the water for the shower was not able to flow through the whole bathroom. This is not very common in vietnamese hotels so it was a welcome surprise.

The amount of electrical outlets in the room was low. Only one point that was accessible in the main room.

This is a simple and convenient hotel with easy access to the old town. It is an old-fashioned property with a little pool for relaxing your feet. The hotel is clean and no fuss. Keep your expectations low, and you will not be disappointed. We would not recommend eating in because many dining options out there in Hoi An.

May be the amenities a little bit old

For a 2 star hotel, this place is absolutely brilliant. The rooms are spacious and have great AC which helps during the warm summer months. There is a pool and super affordable motorbike hire and laundry service among other things. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience in this hotel.

Very little, maybe some people would want to be closer to the historic old town but it is only 20 minutes away, and transport is incredibly cheap in Vietnam anyway.

Fantastic hotel, located 10 minutes walk from Hoi An Old Town. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast is very good as well. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Hoi An.

This is an older style hotel (some have complained about the dates furniture, it is but for me this felt a little romantic, like being in a Graham Greene novel). The staff are very helpful and friendly and it is an easy walk to the old town. The room was a good size. The aircon was quiet and you could set it to 25° all night. Plenty of instant hot water. The hotel is a good deal for the price.

The bed was very hard - this is common throughout Vietnam, so it is hard to mark it down on that. The internet connection was fine most of the time but sometimes could be unreliable. The balcony was too narrow to put a chair on to sit out.

the location is good. not in the center which I prefer. my room was quiet, comfortable and a good size.

there are many small things that could be improved. I was not clear in advance there was no elevator. There really is a language barrier with all but one person. Even trying to call a can - using Google translate - proved impossible. The room was decently equipped but there was no sink plug (a problem for people who wear contact lenses). Rooms are cleaned very late in the day, so I often would be out for hours and would come back to my room not cleaned. Then I would ask to have it cleaned later which probably was not convenient for them.

Everything was great - the location is pretty central, the room we stayed in had very comfortable beds, and the whole place is clean (although some fixtures could use an upgrade - but the value for money here is still exceptional). The best part was communication with the hotel staff. Thanks to them, we were able to check in early, they gave us tips for our stay in Hoi An and also arranged subsequent travel so that everything was hassle-free.

Big space, great authentic design, not too far from the center old town of Hoi an so not too noisy.

Construction around, unfortunately you have to choose your season or you miss the pool. Room humid, they could change the curtains it’s smelly, we see that’s it’s old a bit. Humidity does not help much. It could be slightly cleaner

Comfy room and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is nice. Arranged a pick up for us from Danang airport. Great location, 5 mins walk into Hoi An old town or a 15 minute cycle ride to An Bang beach. I've stayed here before and would do so again. They arranged bicycles to rent as well.

The hotel was much better than expected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the a super-friendly and bubbly receptionist -Helen. The other staffs were nice to too, who attended to all our requests. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, everything in tip-top condition that made our stay even better and comfortable. The hotel is located on a not-too-busy street hence it wasn’t noisy in that area, quiet at night. Location is a 10mins walk only from the old town food and shopping area.

A little bit of maintenance with regards to the shower as the water was quite slow but manageable.
