The room was perfect, large, clean and comfortable, with very good air conditioning. The family were some of the kindest, friendliest people I have ever met, giving fantastic recommendations and helping us during every moment of our stay, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were one of the main reasons we fell in love with Hoi An. This homestay is the best place we have stayed during our whole trip (4 months so far) and I could not recommend it any more. I will definitely be coming back to Hoi An, and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere apart from Panda Garden. We always felt safe and comfortable here and always had someone to chat to when we arrived and left. If you are coming to Hoi An, you are really missing out if you don’t choose to stay here, it is simply perfect.

Everything was perfect about this homestay!!! I cannot recommend it enough! We arrived to Da Nang and the drive to Hoi An was organised for a very reasonable price, we were welcomed with such great hospitality, the lady explained to us everything on a map and offered advice and suggestions. Everyone was welcoming, from the little kids to the older generations. We could take two bikes for a day, had a great time exploring the town. We also used the laundry service which was great and so useful. We had breakfast here and the taste of the food was wonderful and the portions were filling. Our room was just as in the pictures, clean, comfortable, practical. I really liked the lantern shaped lamp :) And all the design in the house. It had such a cozy, homey feeling. But the most important memory is that we always felt that the owners wanted the best for us, cared and tried to help in every possible way. If we ever come to Hoi An again, we will definitely come back. Thank you!!!

Wow what an excellent stay. Jessica and her family went above and beyond for us. Everything was so easy! The room was huge, and the bathroom was too. So clean and new. We can’t believe the quality for the price - and alongside this, there were even more aspects available that we didn’t utilise such as room service, motorbike hire and breakfast. The benefits to staying here are endless! Even after we left Jessica checked on us to see if the bus she booked for us was suitable. It was perfect! Definitely stay here for your trip to Hoi An!

Genuinely cannot think of any!

The hosts were so lovely and hospitable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Great sized room with a spacious bathroom and useful fridge. Our room was serviced as per our request - it was possible to have it serviced every day. The location is perfect for the old town and access to roads leading out of the city towards the beach and rice fields. The location meant we were able to nip back to our room if needed during the day. We were able to use the bikes free of charge and they also offered to provide a motorcycle.

The location is about a 15 or so minute walk to Ancient Hoi An. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and were always willing to help. They help you with any amenities you may need - laundry, moped rentals, food, etc. They gave tips on when to visit certain places within the area and were awake at all hours to welcome us back into the homestay! The rooms were clean and attended to every few days.

This homestay is everything!! We had the best stay here. The rooms are lovely and cleaned as much or as little as you want! It’s about a 5/10 minute walk to the ancient town but that’s fine. The hosts and the family are so lovely and willing to help with what ever you need. We had our laundry done, had trips booked, onward transport and a map of the village. Thank you for the best stay - we will be back❤️

Clean, spacious rooms, super friendly and attentive hosts who helped us with everything we needed (airport pick up, laundry, onward travel, free bike rental). Location is a little walk away from the centre but once you hit the start of the old town it’s a lovely stroll through all the little streets so it never feels like you’re walking far! We also had a very yummy breakfast on our last morning there!

It's amaizing place for stay if you want to visit ha noi or around , the family host are really friendly and nice, we feel like a home 💚 they always ask you if you are OK or if you need something, also they rent a bicycle or motorbike, they have to many advices for tell you , the room was clean, big and comfortable bed! One of the most hospitable and kindest owners I have met. The price is is very worth it considering the location and the room they have. I came very early but they really accommodate me well. The lady gives me tips where to go to and she arranged all my travels while staying there. I will really be back for sure. Excellent hospitality!

Brilliant location from the old town. Close enough but just far away enough to be quiet. Clean, modern, spacious room. Super friendly owners. They arranged cheap transport to pick me up from airport and to take me to the next hotel in Da Nang, as well as suggesting activities and restaurants. No hesitation in recommending.
