The rooms were exceptional, great design and everything is freshly new. The territory of the hotel is charming, they also have a great service at the bar and the cleaning was done very well. The location was also amazing, very easy to reach the main attractions.

The only issue was the parking. We came by car as the hotel stated that there is a private parking. Nowhere have they mentioned, that we would have to pay 30€ per day for parking there. It would be nice to clear it out either on their page on Booking or tell the guests about that before taking the car for parking. We were pretty shocked to see a bill at the end of the stay.

Location is perfect for sightseeing. Pleasant accommodation.

We were on a road trip. Meaning also sleeping in a different place and hotel every night. We selected this hotel for 2 night stay in order to have time to relax, use spa & pool . On the arrival we were told that our son (12y) is only permitted to use the pool between 7:30 and 8:30 am?! I understand that hotel offers adults only time, but to give the rest just an hour in a day!? And even that hour is very early in the morning ☹️ So no one used the spa, since in our family, on a family vacation, we do things together, as a family. Very disappointing…

Breakfast was variated and from good quality. Room had everything required. Location is next to the heart of Strassbourg. Valet parking works excellent

The fact that you have to make reservations to use the spa.

The hotel is located at 5 minutes walk from Strasbourg old town (Petite France), and 16 minutes walk from Strasbourg Train Station. The size of the room was big enough, but NOT extraordinary big. The breakfast was very good, despite a bit complicated to get there, as well as the SPA, which are both located in a building in the opposite side of the street accessible by a tunel. The indications to get there could be better, or someone from the staff could do it just after the check in instead to bring bags to the rooms.

The temperature all around the building was cold, including in the rooms. When we have -1C outside the building we shouldn't have social areas and rooms at +20C. Unfortunatelly, it seems like that in all hotels I have been accomodated in France.

Our room was amazing, located on the first floor of the detached wing of the hotel. A very generous size and very clean. In the room there's a smart TV which easily connects to your mobile devices. The fridge is stocked from champagne to water. The hotel also has a small spa but is the 17 mt long pool the jewel. We had our dog with us and it was appreciated to find the right bowls for her size plus some beef treats that she appreciated. There's a convenient valet parking for the car whom offered us water for the trip when we checked out. The whole staff was amazing. Very considerate, attentive and always smiling.

The breakfast was the only disappointing note. The boiled eggs looked and tasted as taken just out of a fridge while the scrambled eggs were not as tasty as expected. No fried eggs were available. There's a good selection of breads and cakes some great other average. There were some small cold crepes available on the buffet but I would have expected a more generous size and to be kept warm.

I liked the room decoration, the leather ‘curtain’ and the whole wooden approach! Liked the bathroom and enjoyed the bathtub. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, breakfast was very good with many choices. Enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam bath and the fitness room. We also had our first dinner in the brasserie located inside the hotel, we loved it!! The hotel itself is beautiful!

I would like to be able to use the welness area whenever I was in the mood and not need to reserve for an hour. It is supposed to be a relaxing option instead I had to think when I would want to use it, ask for the reception to reserve a one hour slot and only once during the day.

Beautiful hotel situated right next to the city center of Strasbourg. This place offers real value as it feels like a luxury stay. The staff are super nice, the valet team go above and beyond when dealing with your car and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip in the region. The best part of course is the location: right next to the entry to the Christmas market and 10 mins away from the Cathedrale. However, instead of being in the middle of all the crowds, it sits in a quiet area where you can get away and relax.

We travveled by car. While the hotel is very close to all the sights in the city center (and therefore also to the Christmas Market during this time of the year), it is still easy to get there by car. The hotel parking is not cheap but it is guarded and - if you own an electric vehicle like in our case - you can charge it. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the ambiente of the hotel is charming. The quality of the breakfast buffet as well as of the snacks in the bar is very good.

Some minor suggestions for improvement: sauna and hammam are set to really high temperatures compared of what we are used to (and we visited a lot of saunas). The shower in the rooms may look nice in its "clean look" without a door. Howevere, after using the (lovely) rain shower, the whole bathroom is flooded
