Excellent breakfast and location

More hanging space for clothes

Staff was really nice and location was super central. Room was clean and tidy and the hotel gave this cozy, modern, chill kinda vibe that we really liked. We also tried the wine bar, it was really nice and the staff there was also super professional and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay, it was alright for the price we paid and for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t book this hotel if you are planning a longer stay in Strasbourg. More on the down sides in the next paragraph.

The room size and the bed were super small. We are not giants but we seriously had trouble fitting there. The bathroom was also really tiny, I mean there was not much space to put our stuff in there. To be a 4 stars, we were also surprised there was no complimentary water in the room, or those little things that make you feel like at home.

very good hotel and very friendly staff had an upgrade of my room is pure enjoyment in that hotel and are always ready for you is everywhere close to shops and sights my room was tidy and enough space to store your clothes bathroom was also fine and on warm days you can have a drink in the evening in good weather on the rooftop the breakfast was also good everything is there if I go to Strasbourg again I will definitely book the Hannong hotel

the only downside was the poor wifi in the room, but that's the only thing

Great great great hotel staff (I travel a lot), best location (shopping, attractions, restaurants, supermarket, stores etc), very clean and tight. I felt very good in this hotel. Bottom line, I will stay there again if I will visit Strasbourg again.

For your info : Rooms that ends with number 6 (very small single rooms), shares the same wall with the elevator, for me it was ok (during night time almost no usage). My mattress was a little hard at least soft and low pillows. For the size of the room, and during a normal weekend (not holidays/mid February), the price is a little higher than it should be. Nice hotel/wine bar but the bar is quite expensive.

Location was perfect, so close to Petite France area and also plenty of buzzy cafes, restaurants, bars etc very handy on the same street - just as well as it rained a lot! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern - very attractive hallway decor too.... We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that aspect.

We had a basic double room - of course, our choice, for 2 nights - but it was pretty small, especially the bathroom. If I stayed again, I'd pay for the bigger room

Breakfast was not good value for the money.

Our check out as the front desk tried to charge us for our accommodation which had according to an email been paid by booking.com. They asked for our visa details when we advised we were not prepared to pay twice. Another person at the front desk took over and we provided our phone and email contact details, we would not provide our visa information and forwarded the email confirmation of payment prior to us booking in. Apart from this our stay was enjoyable. Nice central location.

Location was superb, you could walk literally everywhere. Parking is located at the shopping center next to the hotel, also not that difficult to find. Reception staff is really friendly and they gave some gingerbread cookies for my kids as it was Christmas season.

Breakfast was disappointing, not much to choose from. Eggs must be boiled by yourself, and it is really hard to keep track how for how long you have been boiling them and it is hard not to take others peoples eggs by mistake. But the biggest con is that it is really time consuming. When you come to have breakfast with kids who are hungry and still have to wait for your eggs to boil...

Breakfast was satisfied. Options were limited, but what was provided was in high quality and delicious.

Parking. In the description of the facility you'll see that hotel has a parking. Actually this is not true. Hotel has an agreement with a private parking for special prices but it takes 5-6 minutes between the facility and the parking. The worst part is that the contracted parking area is in the center of the city. Therefore, if you go during peak hours, it is very difficult to find a place. We waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot.

Although the price of this hotel is way too above my budget; I have to say that I'm fully satisfied with the hotel and the service we had. This is a great hotel with a perfect location and a very classic type building. Our room wasn't very big but the design was so good that it was very comfortable. The bathroom was very new and clean and there was a big radiator in the room, which was a big plus for me who hates a/c heating. The breakfast was very classy and finally, the stuff is just great. It helped us a lot that they let us do a late check-in at 12:30.

As I said, this hotel's daily rate is very high, and I reserved because there was so few good hotels at the time an arrived. But I can easily say that I didn't regret a bit the money I spent; and It was a great experience. Instead of choosing an average option for a bit lower price, you can choose this perfect hotel.
