The family room really is amazingly designed. Layout allows a family to have space and even privacy, but also look amazing and excites the kids. The staff are polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is smaller due to hotel being more boutique size but lovely. Special touches like help-your-self sparkling and cold water, espresso machine, wine and cookies in evenings, and games cupboard in lobby. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, sightseeing and Xmas markets.

Some minor areas for maintenance in room such as curtain coming off rail, difficult balcony door lock, bunk bed lamps missing.

The location of this hotel makes it easy to reach the most popular destinations in the city. The room was very spaceus and the view was nice even though we were on the floor 1. We had the room with balcony option.

The main problem was how aged and broken some things were. Mainly the crusty carpet, non-working bidet, wobbly tap, clogged drains and very poor lighting in the rooms was annoying. I think it's time for a comprehensive renovation. The breakfast was below average: there seems to be a large selection of thigs but most things are of low quality, off-brand products. Coffee was especially bad.

My room was really great - clean, comfortable, great design and facing towards the inner courtyard (so nice and quiet). Good sized bathroom, good airconditioning in the room, block-out curtains, comfortable bed etc. Excellent location - not too far to walk from the Haubtbahnhof. Also a short walk to such attractions as the La Petite France area, the Cathedral and other parts of the historic town centre, cute shopping streets and many restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Cafe/bar and reception area is very welcoming. I saw many families checking in also sometimes with pets and this made a good impression that they are family-friendly and accomodating to people who are travelling with a dog for example. Also what I really liked is the baggage storage pre & post check-in. I felt my bags were completely secure while I was wandering around the city (this is not always the case).

I don't have any negatives to comment on.

Breakfast was scrumptuous with many varieties of food to fill your tummy ;). The cold cuts, the eggs. the variety of breads and cheese. Plus the choice of coiffiture and Fruits amazing selection. Parking discount was provided for the nearest closed parking just 3 mins from the hotel.

Possible additional supply of toilet tissues in the bathroom so that we dont need to ask the staff. Also the duvet wasnt kept by the staff which could have been avoided. Parking needs to be booked in advance.

The breakfast was wonderful - there was a big variety and everything tasted great. The location was perfect for exploring on foot. We didn't use our car the whole time we were there and we didn't miss it. The water containers with sparkling, still and cold water were great - much better than plastic bottles in the room.

Although we really liked the glass containers for water, it would have been helpful to have a system letting guests know which are clean and which have already been used.

The property was easy to find. The check-in and out process was swift. We did prepay, so there wasn't anything left but goodbyes the following day. They offered free filtered water for all guests at any time with reusable glass water bottles. As someone that drinks a lot of water, that was awesome. We didn't have breakfast in the morning. There was a charge for it, but that isn't why we didn't have it. We didn't have the time. However, many groups were enjoying the breakfast in the morning. The building was clean. The rooms came with soap/shampoo/conditioner. Each room had a hot water kettle as well as tea (I can't remember if there was coffee) Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Modern and huge room suitable for a big family, the kids had a great time just exploring the room. Great position, in the city center but still accessible by car and this is quite a unique feature in Strasbourg. Very clean room.

Good quality but the price is sky-high which makes the value for money not ideal. The room needs more maintenance (broken curtains, falling doors, broken lamps), nothing to write home about but definitely noteworthy given the price tag. Slow staff, the receptionist is shared with the bar service...

Location is amazing , walking distance to almost everything in the center . Parking is an asset, a little be tight but it works fine , in the center without the crowded noise

I do not like to wait 5 minutes for the receptionist to hung up the phone or to be addressed in French when i speak only English , but i guess that is French in general

It is well located, and they seem to make an effort in terms of sustainability, which I appreciate. the room is reasonably sized for what is usually available in Strasbourg,

The room was very dark in the evening. The lighting is very limited, and I think they are aiming for a cosy snug feel, which I like, but they went too far and instead of cosy it ends up a bit gloomy. The digital TV system doesn’t really work well. Every so many seconds it starts pixelating, or it freezes outright, or the sound goes off for a second. It doesn’t seem to have enough bandwidth.

Incredible location with an elevator and huge room that very comfortably fit a family of five with grown children. Best large family bathroom that I have seen

No parking because of security for the Christmas markets!!! This wasn’t communicated earlier resulting in a lot of wasted time driving around and then a difficult fifteen minute walk with our luggage; we specifically picked a hotel with parking underneath because of our luggage.
