This is a typical motel - the rooms were comfortable and clean and it was quiet. Hotels in Charlottetown seemed expensive so this was more of a budget option - out of the town a bit, but near a big shopping area with supermarkets and places to eat. It is easy to get to without going into the town and there is ample parking. It is near the Confederation Trail which is a good way to walk into town, but a big plus was the bus from the shops - Royalty Crossing - the No. 1 is a loop that goes back and forth to the town centre every 15 mins and is only CAD 2 each way. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice.

We stayed four nights. The hot buffet breakfast is nice, but was exactly the same each morning. My idea would be to alternate between sausages and some other breakfast meat, such as ham. And possibly alternate scrambled eggs with, say, boiled eggs, The orange juice was very watery. Also, the TV system was very confusing and when we finally got it somewhat figured out, the system would still arbitrarily return to the Home screen periodically.

Room and beds were very nice and comfortable, very clean, and quiet. Shopping centre was right behind the motel which was really handy. Staff were really friendly and happy to assist with anything we needed. rooms are all on the ground floor making it easy to access with luggage -no stairs. Breakfast was lovely each morning -yogurts, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, sausage, etc. Really easy parking right outside your room. Free wifi which worked great.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

The room could use a bit of maintenance, e.g.caulking in the bathroom and a new table in the main area. The TV remote didn't work well. However the beds were comfortable, the heat/AC worked well, the room was clean, it had a sink, microwave and dishes, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with locally made breads and some hot items. Given the price, an excellent overall value. Will return for sure.

Walking distance to multiple stores up town, there is a restaurant in the lobby, the room was large. It was extremely affordable since we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Complimentary water bottles were great. Drive up room. Very quiet, never heard any sounds from neighbouring rooms.

I was trying to serve myself breakfast and they started taking everything away while I was standing there so I didn’t end up with much breakfast. They had almond milk in the fridge(thank you for including other types of milk besides dairy) but they had the best before date blacked out. The room was spacious but it’s a tight squeeze to get between the bathroom and the second bed if you have mobility issues.

Room from parking lot and cute guys in house keeping and pretty girl works front desk. Room has complimentary bottles water.No noisy neighbors making out as some hotels are loud.

100 damage deposit on check in. Room with two queen beds hardly any room to walk to washroom as the other bed is only a little space foot bed to wall to get to bathroom. Also be nice lf more outlets around night stand only had one plug on a lamp. Also can't sit in bathtub as couldn't get in and out as no room around back tub to get in as a bigger man only could shower. Be terrific if had a removable shower wand. As room accessible outside wind howling easily noticeable.

the staff were friendly and helpful. I needed milk for my moms coffee and they were so kind they gave me some milkers so I didn't have to go to the store. I was so happy. they went above and beyond. they made sure my senior mom had the perfect room, we had a lot of space and a kitchenette. they had a grab bar for the shower as well which I was so happy to see

Room was average, they were very helpful to accommodate our request to be the main building and not in the motel part. Room could have been cleaner, by looking at the ceiling

My least favourite part was breakfast, I eat gluten free, and most places will have bread in the freezer for toast, but there was nothing I could eat only the yogurt. I asked several questions of the man working there however he had no answers and had to run back to the kitchen for every answer.

The room was well taken care of, very clean, love the vaulted ceilings, dimmer light/chandelier. A/C works great. The motel is also well situated within the city, with many restaurants, gas stations, and shopping within walking distance. There is no designated or reserved parking, however I didn not find this an issue. Lots of room in the parking lot as well. I did not use the pool, however it looked well maintained.

There was a slight issue with the bathroom sink. The plug needed to be held open using a finger for the water to drain. Also, I'm not sure if this was by design, but the floors are angled and slope towards the middle of the room. As I said it's only a slight angle, but definitely noticeable.

The room was spacious, to say the least. It was well equipped with a mini-kitchen area, and even had a mini-backyard. The breakfast was exceptional, with everything from eggs to cereals. Coffee was available throughout the day. Charlottetown, right down the road from the motel, is a lovely homey city with lots to do, see and eat! The surrounding countryside is particularly interesting, giving the visitor a chance to experience some day-to-day life in PEI. The wifi was reliable.

The toilet required two flushes each time.
