New facility, very spacious, was running up to normal capacity at the time of my trip. Was good on snow removal as it snowed the weekend I was there. Considering they were short staffed, the staff still did a great job keeping on top of tasks and service quality.

The bed in the Garden Inn, were STIFF!!!! I mean I felt my bones readjusting getting on and off the bed. You'll need a good stretch when you get up to loosen yourself, but they are new and not broken in yet I guess.

The Saturday morning Staff was more informative regarding reward bonus points and very pleasant. Beautiful smile made my day!

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the room wasn’t disinfected good and carpet was very dirty, and the rooms ac took a while to cool the room down

Very clean and modern. Great location. Staff was nice.

Front side room was very noisy, even with a very loud sound machine we could hear traffic all hours of the night. If we had been given a room in the back, I wouldn’t have any complaints!

Traveling alone, I felt very secure and comfortable during my stay. The room was very clean and lovely decorated. I also enjoyed the restaurant and bar, the food was fantastic. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Our stay included a full free breakfast. We were told it was not available and we had to pay for the meal.

I was pleasantly surprised and will stay here when I return to Columbus. It was very clean and comfortable.
