The staff was doing their best to keep the property clean and safe. If a guest needed help, they helped them promptly. (Elderly guest locked out of his room) The motel staff were kind, and kept the rooms clean.

Loud guests on the bottom floor and parking lot, up late and talking loud.

The bed was very comfortable. Chris at the front desk was polite, called me to make sure I was settled in OK. I felt like Chris had concern and treated me as well as his own grandma. Of course if staying in any motel I would always expect never, ever to have a parking fee charged.

Every time a person came up or down the stairs my room moved as if a tiny earthquake. Chairs to sit and watch TV were very low grade & uncomfortable. I felt as if I were in a child's classroom.

The staff was excellent only one thing they didn't understand English. The front desk was good. my key kept having to be reset 8 times in one day hum? The rooms are quiet and even though it's next to the freeway I didn't hear anything

I wish their beds were more comfortable. There were a couple of incidents where to police came don't know why but whatever it was it was resolved quickly. No microwave and no refrigerator. the vending machines were pricey.

Close to food and attractions.

Most all motel rooms usually come with a microwave and a coffee maker. Yours came with neither. When I rent a motel room I expect at least a coffee maker in the room. If you're going to be cheap at least put a coffee maker in the room. And a microwave to heat up microwavable Foods.

Place has changed from not sure I want to stay. To wow what a change TO THE GOOD. The only thing was a new bed would be nice. I saw that more improvemt was to come. Pleas keep up the good work. No homeless hanging around, etc.staff a10. I stay after cancer treatmen in portland.so I can make it home to Roseburg.

Bed and repars needed to but as I said above,I feel it is to come.

I love the fact that the staff is amazing and they are very professional. Ms. Brenda and Mr. Chris are so helpful and accommodating also all the staff in the off and housekeeping.

Had disabled room , but toilet was low to ground . No comfortable chair , only hard wood desk chair , hard for disabled people. Curb in front of door very high to step up for disabled

I was a little worried at first after reading some of the reviews, but I actually had a great time! I stayed at room 266, it was pretty clean and looks like it was freshly painted. The area is safe, it’s a walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores. I had no issues at all!
