Room was comfortable, breakfast was really great with lots of nice options (fresh strawberries and blueberries at the waffle bar, guacamole with the savory items). Sauna was enjoyable too. Receptionist who checked me in was great, very nice.

The sheets/covers were quite thin, with no extra comforter in the room, and even after I asked for another blanket, I was still a bit cold at night. Also, staff doesn't make the bed for you/there is no housekeeping unless you request it.

Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Nice clean pool and spa area. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Location makes an easy jump onto major highways, and is also convenient for shopping (Target, grocery, etc.)

The elevators make some alarming noises, so we took the stairs most of the time. Ice machine on 2nd floor has been removed; you should at least take that off the signs in the hallway, because the ice on 1st floor is in a completely different location.

The staff was phenomenal, I want to acknowledge Ernie, Will, Housekeeping Staff & the Mgr who allowed us to extend our stay & keep our room. This extension was due to my declining health & disability. It wasn't planned & this wonderful Mgr kept us in our room despite the hotel being sold out. I can't remember her name but I can't thank her enough.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Staff pleasant and helpful.

It's not terribly obvious where the office is located. Looking for an entirely separate building was unfamiliar. The hall ways were not terribly clean and well kept, especially near the doorways leading to the elevators. An ice machine in each building would be nice.

Room was less impressive, leak under sink, door needs to be pushed/pulled shut, remote control needed new batteries. Just a bit run down building, expected for how long it's been there.

Pool, room, general appearance, hotel room was very quiet for being in a high traffic area of town, so much to do and see close to hotel.

Breakfast could have been warm but fine with taking it up to room and reheating, could use a couple 25 pound free weights, had to do a lot of reps with 15 lol, jets on hot tub could be stronger.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, and the gym is alright. I enjoy my stay very much.

I stay for 9 nights but breakfast is always the same. It would be good if some varieties are introduced. The pool in the website looks a lot bigger than it is, but in fact the pool is quite small for any serious swimming. This is a bit disappointing.

I loved that the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. Waffles, eggs, etc….

The first room we had wasn’t the best. It was super small, and for the amount we paid, it seemed unreasonable. It was also a little dirty. But we asked the staff for a new room because of the cleanliness, and they upgraded us to a suite and that room was amazing and everything after was awesome during our stay.

Our stay was very comfortable. Great location. Staff were very Friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was very nice. I would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks!

The AC rattled when on low. Fan was noisy! Bed was too close to AC unit -- noise!

The servers at breakfast weren’t very good Some food was cold and empty trays weren’t re filled. They waited until somebody asked for something that was empty to re fill.
