The room was nice, cleaner than I expected. The staff were very nice and helpful.

There was no breakfast. That was probably the biggest disappointment because I had to drive about 10 minutes to the nearest fast food restaurant that was open for breakfast. The room was clean except I found one gummy candy (cbd? gummy bear?) just under the bed. I wouldn't have noticed it but it stuck to my foot. Since I was travelling with my show dog, I am glad I found it before he did in case it wasn't just candy.

The location is nice. It was clean.

The receptionist acted like she had an attitude. It was the older African woman. I'm African American myself, so I don't want there be any misconceptions. She was rude, so I was rude back. I've stayed at this hotel, maybe 8 other times, and I've never encountered this woman before.

The staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds, very clean The indoor pool was clean and nice with a sitting area just outside, unfortunately it was closed

The continental breakfast was nothing like they show online. There was cereal, very stale bagels and a waffle maker. I suggest going elsewhere for breakfast There was no phone in the room

we like the property because of the location and we exclusively get the room with the hot tub.

The fact they try to tell me that I did not pay whenever I signed a receipt and then tell me I was gonna get charges pressed against me and once they finally got their payment, they apologized

I asked to see what the rooms look like with the jacuzzi was impressed will book that next visit. Room need to be swept more little dead bugs.. in our room inquired with bees. Room 201.. looks like a nest used to be in the window. Overall was pleased with our stay. Will come back again

Everything from location to friendly service. Clean pool elevator for those who need an not over priced... I will always be returning to this hotel
