the location, and the shower because the water was big…

the floor was dirty … would be nice if there was slippers, and if they have YouTube on tv or Netflix

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was beautiful over all a nice stay

Only about six channels to the television. At least offer other apps like Netflix or Hulu that your guests are able to sign into their own account. Bathroom was a bit dangerous because once you take a shower the entire floor gets wet including where you have to walk.

The bed and the shower was amazing. I could sleep all day

we was on the 6floor only thing is you here the music to the rooftop bar, also rooms not sound proof

The style of hotel, the bathrooms/tub were beautiful. The bed was super comfy.

The hotel itself looks a little rundown. Some things were dusty, and there were scuffs all over the walls. The tub faucet was easily moved, almost wiggly.

The room had a big comfy bed with fluffy pillows and pillowtop blanket. The private balcony was great just wish I could see down or around it was cinded block walls. The shower was big and had a rainfall showerhead and hand-held one as well. Only thing is it was slick when you got in. The toilet was separate enclosed in semi-private glass not much privacy.

I didn't like that the toilet didn't have much privacy. Was just glass walls. I also didn't like that when I pushed the button for housekeeping no one ever came. The phone also didn't work if I called down either.

I’ve only stayed in the king rooms but they’re spacious and comfy! The bathtubs are also huge and really do add to the rooms.

One of the rooms I stayed in didn’t have hangers or a coffee maker, it had cups and coffee just no coffee maker. They’ve not yet allowed early check in which is fine, but I don’t see the harm in allowing early check in if the room is already ready. During one visit, the front desk called right at check out time as we were walking out the bedroom door, its not a good look, a few minutes grace period isn’t going to derail the process.
