Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient especially with Daddy Macs, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Dougnuts, and so much more so close. Landscaping was being done out front and looked amazing by end of stay.

Refill coffee packs in room each day. Pool wasnt open, was planning to swim anyways. Not much to complain about here IMO. Was a wonderful stay.

It was in a convenient area and has a walkway to Cracker Barrel. The host was nice, the room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. It was what we needed for the evening after a long day of work. We were there on business

I couldn't get the AC to cool down as much as I would have liked it too,, although it did work.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning was nice and cold, I felt safe in the location, it was super quiet, and it was only a 10-minute drive to Neyland Stadium. The hotel rate was also much lower than any competing hotels near the UTK campus for our dates. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. There was long black hair on the towels and in the shower which makes me think they both were not clean. There was also a lot of dirt and dust around the bottom of the toilet. The room had an older, musty smell but the hotel is older so I excepted that. The smell wasn't bad and only noticeable when you first walk into the room.

Location was great . Price was awesome clean quiet location

Hand prints on the head board OMG my kids were like mom what’s that . Oh and breakfast was non existent little to nothing

The staff was excellent and very responsive. Hotel has a lot of eating places nearby.

Broken elements in the room.

Good breakfast, hot eggs and bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels, milk,juice,coffee, fruit, yogurt and more. Good size room, and super location right beside two restaurants, Cracker Barrel and Dave Macs (bar and grill). Friendly staff, check in was flawless, and looks like new ownership will commit to more updates. Stayed here before and both were very positive.

Beds were a little hard and bathtub was extremely slick.

All of the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean

There's not much that I didn't like about it or at least nothing I can think of

Breakfast was decent, bacon, eggs and waffles. Friendly lady serving breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Shower head was to low, toilet barely flushed a tissue down, so nothing major. You must ask for clean towels if stay is longer than a day. No ice on third floor, broken.

Breakfast was good. Hostess was great. She was the same person who checked us in the evening before. Give her a good raise!

We didn't like the bed. It was too soft. Also, the cover on top was too heavy. It took work to turn over in bed and both of us woke up with severe muscle cramps during the night.

Bed was good. Overall convenient, allows pets, and is inexpensive.

The door to our room was very hard to open and looked like it had been pried at. The Room seemed very clean but we spilled some water by sink and when we used a towel to dry it was filthy. The floors are not carpet so should be clean.
