The location for what we were looking for, however beach resort sounds like facilities are on the beach. So this property is not on the beach. It is a block of 2 away and paying a resort fee was questionable. But that’s Honolulu! Definitely loved the 10th floor, since pool and jacuzzi was same location!

No parking and valet only! Also it seemed as though no one monitors the pool or jacuzzi? Wife spent several hour swimming and wanted to use jacuzzi, but several men were in the jacuzzi drinking beer. Discouraging.

property is a little dated and rooms were a little small, even for two people. two of us with luggage was a little tight.

The room smelled and the toilet constantly ran.

This property will not clean your room on a daily basis. For this reason, we will more than likely never stay here again.

We did not like the mandatory resort fee. Neither my wife nor I went to the beach, yet we were charged $35.00 per day for this service. We were ripped off!

Only stayed for one night, however room was great. bed comfy, clean and staff pleasant. Wasn’t a long walk to the beach maybe 10 mins max.

Breakfast place was always busy with long lines and same with Starbucks. View was other buildings not the beach, so not that great for the price paid.

Room was a little small and could have been a little better equipped. Dresser drawer broken, refrigerator not working, but they fixed that, closet very inadequate,small, room could have had more mirrors. at least one in room so 2 people could get ready at same time.

very nice employees and very helpful. nice restaurant and pool area. Also nice location not directly on the beach but close enough to walk.

I don’t like the resort and parking fees. The parking fee is 45.00 a day plus tips for the guys parking the car. This can get very pricey.

Very clean. 1 block from beach. Staff was extremely accomadating.

Just a heads up, the hotel is centrally located which is great but the drawback is noise level. With door open, the sirens, recycling trucks, constant music at night and people yelling from the main street would not be suited to someone who is looking for complete rest and relaxation.

Location: Good. Walking distance from beach. Famous markets and bus stations in close proximity. Room: I required a quiet room and during my stay I had heard anything from my neighbors! + Even though I stayed opposite side from ocean, my view was great with beautiful sky and mountain. Room and balcony space was large enough. 24/7: I used this restaurant only once; food was okay!

Beach: At peak time, a bit crowded with people. Next time I might stay in another hotel close to the beach with fewer people. Bathroom: One thing I didn't like much was a fixed shower head but the others were all good.
