Great location near Bell Rock. Nice view from balcony. Clean & comfortable room. Roomy small fridge. Better than average hotel breakfast.

The front desk staff was less than friendly. The hotel is supposed to be cleaned on the second full day of your stay. I asked twice if our room was to be cleaned. I was assured that it was on the list. Even told we would be next. Finally bumped into the housekeeping manager around six in the evening, found out our name was not on the cleaning list. Manager tried to say we were not entitled to have our room cleaned. Showed him his hotel policy. We ended up with fresh towels and our trash emptied, no other cleaning or service. Not much service for three nights in the hotel.

The F&B staff was amazing. We loved the breakfast and Nate, the supervisor was awesome. The pancake was amazing. Very fluffy and crispy. I also appreciated the healthy aspect of the breakfast served. I know there were hard-boiled eggs available upon request, but my group did comment that they wished there was scrambled eggs available with the meat provided for the day i.e. sausage. It would be nice if they served bacon during one of the meals as well. I also really like the mirrors in the bathroom for doing your make-up as well. The bathroom sink pressure was very low in our room. However, the kitchen sink, shower, and toilet pressure were great!!! Overall, for the stay and price I would definitely come back and refer my friends to Elements.

The bathroom sink pressure was low. They should serve scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel should have a compost bin. The bathroom shower should have a shelf for travellers to place their products rather than having them stored on the shower floor.

The rooms is great! Nice little kitchen, great bedroom and bathroom, and a nice little living room with a desk.

The breakfast area is very disjointed and disorganized. A little bit of everything is all over the place. Where are the napkins?? The parking was weird. You pay $20/night for parking, asked to put the parking permit on your dashboard, but if you went out at night, came back, then the lot would be full with cars that had no permits. I am not sure if they don’t enforce anything when it comes to parking but clearly there lot is being used by other businesses.

Wonderful hotel, great location (not far from Sedona but situated among the Red Rocks), lots of amenities nearby Limited continental breakfast but appreciated the Gluten Free blueberry muffins! We received a complimentary upgrade to an enormous room - it made our vacation so memorable. We loved every bit of our stay! Will be back to this hotel for sure.

Didn't have a room facing the red rocks but appeared that most (if not all) rooms on that side of the building looked out to the storage facility next door. Had I paid extra for a balcony to see the red rocks, I would've been disappointed looking at the side of a the building!

It was absolutely amazing stay and experience we had at Element Sedona! it is brand new hotel and you can feel it in every detail. the fitness room with yoga mats and fitness balls. Beautiful room with kitchenette : they also weee so kind and provided a crib for our 8 months old daughter with linens. extra towels as well. the water in the shower was hot and pressure was as if you’re in the spa ..On a separate note, I have to give kitchen staff (Tony, Nicole) absolute raving review! they were incredible ! I’ve never seen a hotel where they cook using avocado oil spray! When I hear continental breakfast I do not have high hopes or expectations… but not this time! they served sautéed sweet potato, kale and corn as a side to an omelette. They were kind to give me some extra of it. they have a station where they serve yogurt (2 kinds) with FRESH blueberries, coconut flakes, almond petals and other toppings like pineapple. I was pleasantly impressed. oh and almond milk for your coffee!! of course, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit ..it was one of a kind experience. the front desk people were very friendly and I literally felt like I was staying not in a chain hotel but rather a family owned place. our family appreciated everyone and we are definitely going to be back there next time! it’s a walking distance to a supermarket, coffee place, pharmacy , hiking trails..galleries. what a beautiful experience we had! thank you for helping us in creating those memories ! btw, they have happy hour as well downstairs as well as the fire pit you can chill at with some wine (they sell it in reception area).

N/A. I would love to have a bathtub in the room but I’m sure they had those.

we loved everything about this hotel! I would offer a suggestion . . . The two ladies that were cleaning up and replenishing food and dishes/silverware at breakfast were working so very hard with a smile on their face, and they just could not keep up! there were so many guests, with so many needs all at one time. I think it might be helpful if you have more dishes and silverware to set out do they did not have to continue to wash and set out . . . and possibly more help!

Nice big room and nice styling. Also enjoyed all the plates and silverware in the cabinet along with the sink and other cool things like a toaster.

The $20 parking fee. Was downgraded to $15 probably because I showed ill favor about it to the receptionist. Booking did mention it but it wasn’t obvious. Also parking was difficult to find. Why should I pay parking with this also an issue? If I pay parking at a hotel, which I’ve never heard if in my life before this, someone should park my car for me, wash the car, or something! Crazy.

My family really enjoyed our stay, this new hotel is so awesome. Dogs are allowed, they have area where they can potty 🐾 free amazing breakfast with a chef that cooks your food fresh, big size salt water pool with Jacuzzi, a bar that opens until 10pm for us parents we can just go down and our own time, the rooms have kitchen with utensils where you can cook 🍳 😀. Good size gym where the kids enjoyed 😉. Front desk are very helpful.

Clean comfortable room, the little kitchenette was nicely stocked! comfortable bed. We had a recommendation by the front desk to go to a Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot- it was excellent! The breakfast in the AM had lots of choices and a very nice happy staff!

We did not have a view. I also had missed the part about a $20 fee for parking- felt that was just an added expense not necessary. I also was a little disappointed that we were not actually in Sedona but a good 25 minutes from it.

We really liked the 'extras' at this hotel. We loved the hot tub and firepit on the cool evenings. We used the grill to prepare a meal one evening. The modern decor was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had the expected variety plus an individually cooked option each day.

I was a little surprised by the $15 a day parking fee. I would assume at this location almost every guest is parking! While we were in an amazing location, the views are of buildings and parking lots.
