I like that the rooms are very clean, location is near to everything, and beds are comfortable.

I didn’t like that the parking was chargeable which the front desk need to mention that at check in. Also, they need to improve the housekeeping services as I realized that they forgot many times to put towels in the bathrooms and the bath mat which I needed to call them more than 4 times to bring me one instead of the old towels.

As usual Adele makes our stay memorable Thanks to her and Murad from the Ibar they are the soul of the hotel

I think Staff needs more training how to deal with a guest Old furniture and diry bathroom The bathroom in the lobby very dirty even the lobby area Vallet people are so rude .

The staff is very helpful. The reception staff is very prompt in response and welcome with a smile. Ms . Adele is very professional in handling customers requirements and information providing Value for money in staying at this hotel.

Buffet offered a varied selection of items and food was fresh. Staff were wonderful and eager to assist with guests needs especially Adele and her front office team and Murad in the bar / restaurant.

Dinner was served later starting at 7.30. For tourists visiting sights during the day and returning tired a slightly earlier option would be beneficial.

We stayed here just for a night on our way to airport next morning. The north bus station (for shuttle to/from airport) and Abdali station (for JETT bus to other parts of Jordan) are about 15-20 minutes (2-3 JOD) by Uber. Plenty of shops and restaurants around if you are staying here for longer in Amman. You get Ibis standard. Nothing special but a clean)ish) and comfortable place to stay. You get what you pay for.

The staff in general, from security at the door, reception, kitchen and house keeping, they were amazing, very helpful, super friendly and respectful, they had this warmth about them and I felt like I was looked after by a family and not staff members in a hotel.

I liked how easy it was to speak to the staff, how accommodating they were, very responsive and convenient location.

Very cosy, simple and clean, friendly people who work there and nice positions Wi-Fi, plasma tv, comfortable bed, refrigerator and nice bathroom. Opposite is the Amman mall with a lot of small stores and big supermarket.

the location is great, there’s a really good restaurant next to it and right in front of a mall and many other stores. Beds were comfortable, it was warm during winter and the TVs are smart so u can watch anything u want.

rooms are a bit tiny and u can’t open their windows for ventilation

For its price, it was great Everything was walking distance and it had a free parking underground Rooms were comfortable and size was good for 2 Bathroom had everything and room was always clean and tidy

Location was perfect however due to it being in the centre the traffic was horrible Bathroom showers were not the best but i was able to use it Bed sheets were ripped

This is the second time for me at ibiz amman, and i must confess it was much more better than the first time because of one gentleman called haitham at the reception. He took all my notes from the first stay and made sure that my second stay is an exceptional one.
