Very spacious - in all the living/dining and bedroom areas; full size fridge, good air con unit. Dishwasher machine; easy to get more dishwasher powder from reception. Covered/shaded parking. Laundry facilities inside apartment. Comfortable seating in a variety of settings.

Not much! Would be nice to have mugs in addition to (or instead of) teacups, and the door to outside shut loudly if it was let go (top floor apartment made this less of an issue), and would be good to have a washing cloth that used friction to help clean dishes when washing dishes by hand. No DVD player (again, not a big issue, but the room info said there would be one so we brought some DVDs for our 4yo just in case). So not big issues, these were minor things in comparison to the big and comfortable space and facilities offered by these apartments.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious. We didn’t feel cramped and our kids had plenty of room to move around. Had everything we needed. Also the carpets in the bedrooms were lush! So soft underfoot. Laundry inside the room was very handy and plenty of private parking was available. Easy to find and check in after hours was also easy. Enjoyable stay!

A bit noisy - could hear any loud noise from outside and neighbouring apartments. But our kids were also screaming, so we imagine they could be heard too! ;) Wasn’t a huge issue.

Spacious, large kitchen, comfortable bedding, sofa bed, close to cbd, close to shops and restaurants, car parking.

We had a plumbing issue which stopped us from having hot water for 1 day but the staff quickly rectified issue by getting a plumber out the next day and organised a refund.

I was very happy with the service and room. Our room was very spacious and catered for all of our needs. The beds were super comfortable as were the seating areas. I will certainly be booking here again in the future.

We had one roll of toilet paper and could not locate anymore we searched the entire flat for another roll. Problem was easily resolved with heading down to reception for another roll. I would only suggest leaving a few more rolls under the sink just in case!

Very clean apartment friendly staff.

No lifts however we requested a level floor due to the courtyards not being fenced off from the neighbouring unit as we have a toddler that wouldn’t understand to not go to the neighbours courtyard. Our unit was missing some key utensils eg tongs and also take your own milk for coffee (which we do anyway) however some may expect the little single serve milks to go with the tea and coffee provided.

The location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Got dishwashers and lots of good cooking utensils The living room was really big

Only one aircon in the living room. The heaters in the rooms were not powerful enough. The washing machine did not wring the clothes properly so I have to put the clothes in the dryer for a long time

Location is excellent! Central and close to attractions and a town square with supermarket, shops and dining. Parking available also. Size of accommodation was perfect for family of 4. Kitchen facilities great for breakfast and week long stay. Good size bathroom with good hot water. Built in robes also for hanging. Good heating.

Spacious two bedroom unit with plenty of room and a balcony. Clean and neat. Includes toiletries. Dishwasher, washer, dryer. Quiet and in a suburban area. Easy parking. 20 mins walk to the ferry. Opposite a cricket oval. Easy check in and out. Helpful staff on reception. Nice dining room table and lighting.

Stairs. No lift. We were on the second floor.

It was nice and big very comfortable and close to all the areas we needed. And good access on ground floor for elderly in wheel chairs and walkers

We were not impressed with the young people in room 5 that were partying till late hours of the night with loud noises that disturbed my 90+ years old parents

The property was clean and close to the attractions. There were 4 of us staying overnight and was convenient with Queen bed and 2nd room with 2 single beds. It was a quiet area.

Had to contact owner to try and get the key on arrival. Took us a little while but we got the key. The shower could have been a little cleaner but overall a great stay!
