Most things were very good. Good bed, good kitchen although we didn’t use electric stove at all. Good bathroom which was modern and efficient. The place was one of then older original 1930s building on central business are well located for shopping and restaurants etc. our room was facing rear courtyard and quiet.

Not much. The room had modern double glazed windows but no windows that opened so sometimes felt room would have benefitted with a little fresh air at times and the air con fitted appeared to be only recirculating type . Also, no fan in the ensuite bathroom , possibly to save energy in winter, although there was a small ceiling vent which didn’t do much. These items mentioned were not big problems at all. Overall very happy with room for 3 nights.

Each and every employee were pleasant, unobtrusive, and prompt, whenever we requested their advice and services. Nothing negative experienced! All's Good!

My stay was only a quick overnight stay however the apartment was very clean and comfortable it would be perfect for longer stays. The Executive 1 bedroom apartment has a roomy bedroom with a very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. The living area had a very comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table plus a desk area. The kitchen was spacious with everything you would need to self cater if desired it also had a washing machine This apartment had a large balcony with a table and chairs which was a lovely space. Perfect location with a bus stop at the door and lots of restaurants downstairs and a supermarket across the road. I will definitely choose this place to stay next time I visit Canberra.

It is close to the shops and restaurants downstairs, a 5 minute walk to the mall and 2 minutes to the light rail and Right next to the bus stops. If you’re looking for a Woolworth it’s outside of the city but they have a Cole’s in the mall. Staff were amazing helpful and had great attitude. Room is spacious and the balcony is great for relaxing and looking out to the street. It’s a convenience spot to stay!

The only thing is the soundproofing for outside you can hear people who are out and if the bus is idling outside you can definitely hear it. It’s a good place if you’re okay with the noise. This is a review for the balcony room.

Quest apartments are centrally located in Canberra and an excellent location for work at ANU (a pleasant walk to the campus) or city and eating places (many nearby), or for tourism. The location is very close to the Jolimont Centre and coaches, plus the light rail and so on.. The studio apartment was roomy, super clean and comfortable, the kitchen very well-equipped for self-catering including fridge etc; an outdoor balcony also included. The staff were very helpful and kind and overall an excellent place to stay.

All fine and super comfortable and clean. A few snacks to go with the tea/coffee facilities would be a kind gesture.

Perfect and central location in walking proximity to good quality Bars, restaurants and museums etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking at the rear, very handy. Fantastic balcony for room 7. Excellent value for money.

Noisy lift while it's under repair - we were only 1st floor so we just used stairs. The odd bit of noise through the evening, from downstairs pub, but understandable if you want to stay in a central location like this one.

Great location. My specialist is literally across the road. There are many restaurants close by. Room is basic but covers everything you need. I like my room cold, but like to be cosy in bed so I loved that there was a blanket in the cupboard, no place I’ve stayed at had this. The girls at reception were so sweet and accommodating, even letting me keep my car space while I went to the doctors.

Would love sachets of hot chocolate, but that’s just me.

Fabulous location, so close to the centre of town and superb restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are old but clean and and very serviceable , really we were out the whole time. Also was nice to be staying in a historical Canberra building.

Great that there was parking with easy access. The laneway for parking is busy and so with a big country dual cab was a bit of a tight squeeze but we managed it so no big deal.

Located almost in the centre of the city so easy to get to all attractions and shopping centres without driving. Bus stops at the end of the block the hotel was on. The hotel is located in one of Canberras oldest buildings but all facilities were uptown date.

No bar or dining in house. restaurants just outside the hotel and lots of choice.

The location can be quite convenient, surrounded by many restaurants, pubs and with public transport nearby. Options for early breakfast are a bit shy at the moment. It is a quiet hotel and the apartments certainly allow for longer stays with confort. There are limited facilities for guests beyond those in their rooms. Staff welcoming and efficient

Although nothing in particular broken or in need of immediate maintenance, my room could be described as ready for some refreshment. This may include electric / USB outlets by the bedside. I notice the lobby has been refurbished somewhat recently, so maybe more is yet to come...?
