I usually think that giving a 10 grade to Any hotel might be slightly "over the top".. However in this case it is the only grade that will actually reflects the qualuty and value of this excellent hotel. Pullman is located on circular Quay, by far the most beautiful place mainly in sydney. The rooms are spacious and well maintained including a well stocked kitchen a dishwasher and washer/dryer.. Which is very useful. , The service is great and the staff did everything to make us feel comfterble. I especially like to commend Nany from the dining room (that got a great view to the harbour bridge) that took care of every request that we had..

The location of the Pullman is the best in Sydney in my opinion. you are literally on circular quay with access to Ferry's, Trains, Trams & Taxis. Even cruise ships are a level walk away. it's mesmerising watching all the movement in Curcular Quay with The Rocks beyond. Bars & Restaurants all with walking distance. Our apartment was comfortable and quiet. the Pullman has an indoor pool, Spa bath & Sauna on level two. nice to use after a long day of sightseeing. we had breakfast in the restaurant one day and it was nice. not a buffet which is good. the front desk team are friendly and helpful. well stocked convenience store directly outside on gardens side.

it blows my mind how Accor can allow this facility in such a brilliant location to become tired. Our apartment was poorly equipped kitchen wise with a random selection of kitchenware. bizarrely 3 different sizes of cups but no wooden spoon and a saucepan with a broken handle. it was more suited to serving a take away than actually cooking anything. Come on Accor it wouldn't taken a lot to get the interior to shine just as brightly as the location!

the house mailing of the rooms the staff are so hardworking and excellent Front desk staff very nice and helpful Location was just perfect easy to get to from airport train just 2 minutes walk Loved the washing machine this was main desire and so many hotels don't offer and the alternate is out of this world expensive the private laundry service. In America all of the hotels have a guest laundry and / or they have a super cheap pick up like $30 a big bag.

Breakfast should have been included like an American hotel - as was easter a lot of food shops were closed in the city and with 5 of us the hotel price for breakfast was just too much a more simple breakfast included in the price would have been so appreciated. Even though gorgeous kitchens the Woolworths and IGA are quite a walk away especially with shopping bags and were closed some the public holidays

Perfect Location for an event I was attending. walking distance to Opera House and Harbour. Beautiful at night. and absolutely loved having my own balcony! Bedding super comfy wanted to stay in there all day.

Bathroom was a little aged and there wasn't really any information/communication about Breakfast when included. ie, Buffet, restaurant, room service etc..? Very expensive for a single night (Sunday) but not uncommon in this area. Also need to sure to be very clear with front desk staff when it comes to payment methods as I experienced both communication misunderstandings (Due to language barrier) and none at all. Was nothing major and all fixable just an inconvenience.

Amazing location right on the harbour with views of the bridge. Very quiet for such a busy central location overlooking the Quay. Food was very good - not surprising being Q Dining. Waterfront rooms (apartments) are super comfortable and very spacious. Staff were lovely.

This is a fantastic hotel and definitely one of the best in the CBD. However given the 5 star rating and the price I found some of the amenities to be a bit dated. This is a very minor issue though in the context of an overall beautiful hotel in arguably one of the best locations in the whole of Sydney.

Lovely breakfast at $30 per adult and kids free - delicious eggs benefict. Most Staff were friendly and helpful!

Bathroom wasn’t clean - still had previous guests’ intimate hairs on the floor and their half used free toiletries in shower. Only 3towels for the 4 of us and one pillow for the two kids on sofa bed. As soon as towels and pillow were mentioned to reception it was sorted - brought up by a grumpy man though! Didn’t mention bathroom as we pushed for an early check in and we’re grateful for it. All the silicone edges of the bathroom need a good scrub. Didn’t think about dress code for restaurant so I missed doing the tasting menu with wines but that was silly me for not thinking about it!

An amazing location in the heart of Sydney with the Bridge, Opera House, Circular Quay ferries, Botanic Gardens and art galleries on the doorstep. An excellent sized apartment for 2 people with catering and laundry facilities. Perfect for a long stay.

Overall cleanliness was good but there was a lack of attention to detail and the area in the sitting room dedicated to the mini bar had not been dusted for what looked like months.

We chose the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. On arrival we were able to drop our luggage to our room before booking time allocation. We went out for lunch to come back and find a nice bottle of sparkling wine and treats from the hotel for our Anniversary. The location was fantastic as it is so close to all the top restaurants. What we found was that it was close to transport train, tram and ferries. The view from our room was amazing overlooking the Harbour. Every morning we could sit on the balcony and watch the big cruise ships come in. It was lovely also watching the ferries come back and forwards to the wharf. The hotel is close to the Opera House which was great as we were able to see a show without having to book transport home. I would recommend you book in advance to get the best room possible.

Location of Pullman is fabulous & the views even from the Garden View room is excellent. The whole world comes to see Opera House + Harbour Bridge & you can enjoy the view 24x7. Well connected with Train, Tramps, Ferry & Roads. Several options to eat & drink around including Indian food. Mr. Omi at concierge & everyone at reception make you feel very very comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous as well.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the harbour view rooms with their good sized balconies are great to watch all the activity in the harbour

The rooms are looking very tired - torn curtain, grubby blinds, frayed rug, tucked up carpet (old and no underlay so very hard underfoot), mould in the corners of the shower. It’s a shame as the room size, storage areas and facilities are excellent but the shabbiness takes the luxury edge off it. High time for a refurbishment to merit the “grand”!
