The room was amazing! Huge comfortable bed, spa bath and view overlooking the pool. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. So impressed!!! The restaurant attached , Spice Den has incredible food and cocktails and we enjoyed dining in and room service. Pool was gorgeous. We felt like we were in Bali. Super close to the little shopping village - other great places to eat include Tuckers (breakfast) Crafty Cow (lunch) and Jordys (pizza dinner). And just a 2 min walk to the beach. This place does not disappoint!!!!

The whole hotel was clean and beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very tidy and really beautifully presented. We loved the space, the comfort and the proximity to the beach (about a five minute walk). The restaurant was also amazing and would recommend to anyone, even if they weren’t staying.

There are two shower heads with amazing pressure but due to the amazing pressure, the shower space which doubles as the toilet often flooded and it took a few minutes for the water to drain, leaving the floor around the toilet wet for hours.

The property was really nice, my husband and I reminded of it like Sofitel in Fiji, the ambiance of the property. and we like how it was really quiet when we stayed, like it wasnt busy thats why its kinda relaxing.

We kinda disappointed on how the heated pool wasnt that heated, it was still freezing and the spa bath in the main pool wasnt working even if you follow the instruction of how to operate it. Like no one probably knows that it wasnt working, it'll be good if the staff check it every morning and/or afternoon, so that the guest can enjoy it. and ofher thing was when we checked out, the staff wasnt that friendly, didnt even say Hi/Hello they just looked at you and wait for you to tell them what you want and didnt even asked us on how was our stay like they just asked us room number when we given them the key cards and that it, not even thank you. That was the only downfall about it.

I loved the vibes of the resort - the place was cosy, clean and just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. It felt like we were in a different world and away from the hustle and bustle. The Coles is located very close by, although food options around might be slightly limited depending on your taste. It was a last minute booking during the school holidays but the value was good and the resort was not crowded with kids. The heated jacuzzi was also really nice. We had an issue with our smart TV and the WiFi, but the staff were able to resolve that very quickly!

We needed some sugar sachets for coffee/tea and we were told by reception to go buy our own. The resort does not have gym or sauna facilities. And we noticed cockroaches around the area.

The size of the room. The decor was lovely.

Leaking tap in kitchen, kitchen door to the fridge scraped on the floor (only needed tightening), no balcony table and chairs, only one hand towel for a 2-day stay for two people. Cheap toilet paper. Shower door closed but left an opening over the spa bath where everyone could see you (a bad design problem). The walls of the spa bath were dirty and toilet roll holder also. A very long, long walk to the reception.The restaurant was not run by the hotel and not open all the time. No room service and no breakfast, even though it states breakfast (????). No vending machine to get a drink or a snack, you had to go to the supermarket. Reception staff were okay but had no local knowledge whatsoever. I WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Location was fantastic a short walk to the beach, shops within walking distance and a few food/dining options within walking distance or a short drive, great pool, spacious rooms and clean.

Pool was a bit too cold. There were a few things in need of repair, shower head leaking, sink cracked and dishwasher handle broken, just some TLC required. Didn’t like that the shower in the main bathroom wet the floor in front of the toilet, had to buy a squeegee so we didn’t get wet feet every time we used the toilet, a design flaw and not really something that can be fixed without some renovations.

1. The reason I booked Santai was the heated pool for my husband [on our 60th Wedding anniversary] unfortunately. The pool was waiting for a new heating part! 2. R00M 218 - was well presented clean and well equipped. The toilet/ shower area needs attention - to the toilet seat loose and the floor of the shower area the retaining bar has broken away and needs prompt replacement.

The shower in with the toilet as it didn’t drain properly as wasn’t correctly tiled with a fall to allow for the water to drain. We had to use multiple towels to mop up the area & still water would be around the toilet floor

Liked mostly everything. Had dinner at the Spice Den restaurant which was great. Treatments at the Wellness Spa- the therapist was so good & the treatments were heavenly. We had a courtyard room with spa & made use of that twice because it’s a treat. The room was really big with a king bed, comfortable furniture & a nice balcony. I don’t usually give such good reviews but the property was perfect.
