Jeff and Sharon were wonderful hosts. They gave us a room upgrade from Queen to King at no extra charge. The room was very roomy and clean. It had an inviting presents from when you opened the door. Everything was welcoming from towels on the bed, to furniture being stowed, so it was not in your way. The bed was well presented and comfortable.

The fan did not work. However, we were told they were waiting on an electrician to come and fix it. So that was out of there control.

Undercover car parking most of the time was fab out of the heat. Proper hairdryer! Two good mirrors with fluo lights over, great for putting makeup on! Hook in bathroom for toiletry bag. Helpful staff helping with our TV. Big long bench in main room. Good size room. Swimming pool adequate with seating

Room set out was great for a family of six.

We had an upstairs room, and the access is via stairs, and then along open balcony beside the rail. Probably due to the size of the seats along this area it felt a little narrow and like weaving between chairs and balcony rail, which would be harder for some, and dependent on bag sizes. We weren’t phased, and the room suited us perfectly. So aren’t deterred. We could use the fridge microwave and kettle and get everyone breakfast in the morning and a snack at night before bed. Loved being in the same room as each other, and watching cartoons in the am - a treat for our kids - while we made a coffee before heading out for the day.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The gardens were so pretty with flowers everywhere. Great location for all the things we wanted to do. Quiet location with very little traffic noise.

The bathroom sink was very tired and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room needs to be refurbished.

Well appointed room, although a little dated the decor certainly was holiday and was equipped with everything you might want during your stay. Super friendly and grounds were beautifully kept and very comforting... Would highly recommend staying, will be back if in the area.

Nothing it was perfect apart from being a little dated but their creative flare decorating it made it that more special.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful owners. Room was quite spacious, bed was comfy, shower had enough hot water, in short we had everything we needed. On top we could put our bicycle in the garage which was locked overnight and wash and dry our dirty and dripping clothes in the washing machine/ tumbler. Price was more than adequate. Thanks for all, we can recommend this and would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for us, and if you do not have a car there is a bus service that goes as far south as Pottsville and a fast north as Surfers Paradise.. walking distance to Dan Murphy's, McDonald's, a bowls club and a shopping centre. Bonus points for having a guest laundry, especially since it's cheaper than the local laundromat

Great location, had everything needed and great easy access facilities very comfortable parking was great, Jeff was quick easy and polite during check in/ out, beautiful veggie garden and animals, quite peaceful and pleasant thank you

No kitchen sink but a basin was provided so no biggie

Great friendly helpful staff. Obvious pride in the property and watering of plants and gardens. Very clean and welcoming. Undercover parking available.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, could feel the "springs' or whatever. but I have historic back and other issues. Acceptable.

Reception was very friendly and gave us fresh milk. The room is a fairly standard motel room - comfortable but basic. The TV, bed and shower were all good. The Pickled Pig brewery is 20 minute walk away.

The location doesn't have much of interest around it. A few take away restaurants and a basic pub. Slightly further away is the South Tweed Sports/Bowls club.
