The apartements are modern, comfortable and very clean and in a great location. Car parking was priced well and the staff were extremely helpful and lovely. I will be staying again in the future. The price was very good for the quality of the place too. Highly recommended.

I did not like the aircon right over the left of our bed as it was very cold onto my child so we could not use it. I would like 2 chairs at the small table ideally. The dog at the neighbour barked heaps overnight, 1130pm, 1230pm and 130am and I was glad to be on the top floor - if I had been lower down I literally would not have slept. I am sure its a great dog but I think you need to speak to the neighbours about it.

Room was spacious and well-equipped. Laundry facilities downstairs were excellent, and we felt very secure leaving our car in the garage below the complex. Fully serviced apartments that had regular cleaning services that you could opt out of, like a hotel. Good location in Kingswood, very walkable.

Neighbor across the hallway was loud, blasted music on a Friday night. Also we found some dirt on the carpet when we first moved in. Noticed my work laptop didn't charge well with one of the outlets as well. Otherwise great stay!

This is the perfect hotel if you are having treatment at the Nepean Hospital. It is a 6 minute walk to Building O. The studio room had everything that we needed. There is a microwave, toaster and even two hotplates. Nice comfy King size bed with good linen, a dishwasher and even tissues and detergent. The waterfall shower head was lovely.

This hotel is in a suburban street, so you look down into people's back yards. (Just don't look down.) Would have been easier had there been more than only two plates, two knives etc.

The hotel is new and well appointed. The staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful.They upgraded us to an executive balcony studio. The rooms are a good size and well appointed with a microwave and cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is large and perfect for travellers with plenty of towel rails and hooks for clothes. There is very secure basement parking. The hotel is on a shabby street near the hospital but feels safe. There are cafes, restaurants etc nearby. It is an ideal place for a longer stay.

Clean room, communal laundry with 2 washing machine and 2 dryers. Decent location, walkable to the block of shops on the main road, and a nice playground nearby. If you're looking for more affordable accommodation which is 10 minutes from the main Penrith attractions, this is pretty decent.

There is an additional cost $15 per night for underground parking. The car parking spaces are very tight, suitable for a small hatchback. We had a family SUV, which required a 10 point turn to get it into the parking space. Even then, opening doors and boot was tricky! Not good value for money. If you're driving, you're better off parking on the street. It's a quiet neighbourhood and there are plenty of street parking.

A new suite hotel on the western side of Sydney providing good access to Canberra. The suite was new & very clean, quiet and comfortable Location was a little unusual, built in the midst of suburban houses Provides off street basement parking for a fee

The Suites have no food services; restaurant, etc. You have to order in and eat in your room, or go restaurant ‘orienteering’ Despite this, I’d probably go there again

This is a reasonably new establishment with very clean and comfortable rooms. The amenities were excellent. The shower is brilliant.

I know the area well and I’m assuming the motel was developed to provide close accommodation for the hospital and medical precinct where it is situated. I only found out when I arrived that I would have to pay for secure parking. As far as I’m aware no other motel in the Penrith area charges for secure parking. If you are not staying there for proximity to the medical precinct its location is not very good. It is a bit out of the way for the shops and other facilities.

Littomore Suites Kingswood are situated within walking distance to Nepean Private Hospital & Nepean Public Hospitals. Littomore Suites are also situated in close proximity to Penrith NRL Stadium and a number of other attractions. Spacious clean comfortable units. Friendly helpful staff. When comparing with other accommodation in the area Littomore Suites represent good value for money.
