Big and comfy bed, sufficient supply of toiletries products like shampoo, conditioner and body lotion which is great. Breakfast area is huge and even though I haven't enrolled the breakfast option, I can still access the free coffee/tea.

The location is convenient but beware that car/taxi cannot stop right in front of the entrance or anywhere nearby so if you have huge luggages you will need to carry and walk a minute from where you can stop your car so it could be a challenge. And there is no chair or table for sitting or writing in the room which is a bit inconvenient.

clean, modern and spacious

there was a broken plug socket in my room, and I was interrupted one morning to have 2 men come into my room to fix it whilst I was in my Pjamas. i was a solo female traveller. I would have liked some notice so I could give them a time I was not there to fix the problem. one morning, I heard someone’s alarm going off for 20 minutes, as the walls are so thin.

This hotel is in a great location and easily accessible, and we did enjoy our stay. However, our first night was spent in a room with no window (awful) despite saying there was an internal window in the description. This felt quite prison like and very claustrophobic, so be careful which one you book. Luckily, Julie on the front desk moved us to a room with a window for the second night. She was abslutely amazing and super accomodating and even left us little treats to apologise. The second room was much better. The beds are super comfy and we felt that the hotel had everything that we needed. Lots of great cafes nearby.

Unfortunately, the room we booked (Standard Queen Room with Internal Window) did not have any window at all! The hotel should be much clearer about this, as we would absolutely not have booked a room without a window. Waking up wirth no natural light was extremely confusing and very claustrophobic. Luckily, Julie on the front desk moved us to another room with a window for our second night which was much better. The booking description should really be updated so others don't make the same mistake.

It's very close to the university, where I wanted to go. Staff is also very helpful. I had a problem with my room, and the staff quickly solved the issue offering me another room. The reception lady anticipated that the standard breakfast could be too little for me and offered me a second round without me even asking. Rooms were comfortable with everything one needs in a hotel.

I wouldn't call a breakfast what is offered in the morning. It's a small box with two cereal bars, about 50g of cornflakes, milk and juice. No bread or fruits. Even the staff were embarrassed by this offer. Rooms facing the street can also be too noisy for light sleepers.

Overall good, I was happy with the 2 nights. I stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor away from the main road which was relatively quiet except for exhaust fans outside the room. It was quite hot when I arrived and no aircon control in my room - you have to ring reception who tells me there are 2 settings, low and high only. You then have to wait for housekeeping to flick that switch for you. In this case I waited over 3 hours and made 3 phone calls. The room itself was small but ample for my solo needs. The bathroom stank of cigarette smoke and you could tell the previous guest had smoked in it. There was stray hair in the shower and burn marks on the toilet seat. It was modern and apart from the hair on the shower wall seemingly clean and came with wall style toiletries. The bed was a fake king size, my pet hate - 2 single beds zipped together with an uncomfortable seam that goes straight down the middle. That seam was well raised and kept me from crossing over to the forbidden side all night.. Staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. I was also able to leave my luggage for the day. It’s in a great location and I loved the easy access to the shopping centre, eateries and the park across the road. RPA is only 5 min down the road, an easy ride by bus (hospital was my main reason for stay). Close to Central station and I walked there and back. I would stay again, it was good value for money.

The bathroom stank of cigarette smoke, there were burn marks on the toilet seat and the bed was uncomfortable due to the raised seam in the middle. Aircon should be controlled in the room at your own comfort as it’s either on low, high or off and you can’t turn it off at night. It’s seriously warm on the 3rd floor.

I left early to catch a train so I didn't experience breakfast. The location was great, I was able to walk to and fro from Central Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my bag with reception hours before I checked in. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room which I appreciated. I'd happily stay again, thankyou.

The bedside touch lamp didn't work on the right hand side of the bed and the holder for the spray gadget in the shower wouldn't hold up so I had to use one hand constantly to hold it (room 211).

I booked this hotel for a short visit to the University of Sydney. This hotel faces directly towards the University of Sydney and is very convenient to visit the campus. Also, this hotel is next to Broadway Sydney, which has food courts with a superb selection of international food, as well as Coles supermarkets, home textile supermarkets, official Apple shops and luxury shops. The location definitely exceeds expectations in terms of amenities, spending and entertainment. The hotel includes a rich cereal breakfast, which saves a lot of extra breakfast costs.

As it is mainly a value-for-money hotel, the rooms are relatively small. Probably less than 20 square metres. We were given rooms without city views, but the air circulation system was good and extremely quiet.

Great convenient and clean room. I really liked bathroom with handheld shower hand and bottles of soaps. Nice large TV. AC cannot be manipulated on the customer end but it was adequate. I think it is different room by room. Very strong freezing compartment in the mini fridge, which was amazing. Able to drink ice-cold beer within an hour. I only stayed for a night this time, but seems definitely great for longer stay.

If you could explain about the parking process in more detail on booking information page, it would be great. It was unexpected that your premises does not have parking, so need to go to the broadway parking mall. The walking distance between the parking lot and the hotel entrance is quite far, so it was not convenient to move the luggages. Also if you could clarify about the price of the voucher on the booking page, that would be more nice. It was $45 for me.

The location is very handy to the city centre, but still at a competitive price. There is also a shopping centre directly behind the hotel and a bus stop a few meter from the front door. Victoria park is also just across the road and the cosy and friendly Glebe Hotel is a few blocks away too, and worth a visit. When I checked in and arrived at my room, the air con was already running to cool the room. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Nothing was a problem. I also had a very competitive price for the date of my stay, which encouraged me to pick this hotel.

More of a niggle than a deal breaker, but there is a parking arrangement with the shopping centre behind the hotel, which is nice and close, but access from the car park to the hotel is a bit of a journey up the street. Not overly convenient, especially if, like me, you are a little forgetful and have to go back to the car for an item! Also, I know linoleum floors are low maintenance and easy to keep clean, but it also gave the room a very cold, utilitarian feel and made it a bit of an echo chamber.
