The staff were really nice, offered to switch us to a room with two beds. Very good location, less than a block from the westfield and not far from the station. Bathroom was small but well maintained and with plenty of amenities. Nothing fancy but a solid place overall, especially for the price. Will definitely say here again when visiting Parramatta!

Elevator was broken on the last day which was a bit bad since we were on the top floor but overall not too bad. Bed seemed small for a queen but was made well and was comfortable.

The NZ woman at reception (Sally, I believe) was extremely friendly, positive and helpful. Such a nice welcome! The room was big, the bed comfortable, location excellent....easy walk to Westfield and train station. Good sized fridge in the room and I appreciated the iron and ironing board.

It is a little dated and worn. A generous person might say it has 'character' but I think its overdue for a renovation. The elevator seems to date from the 1950s (but it worked fine). Bit of damp smell in the hallway. But for the money - great value.

Very comfortable, private space and very clean. I wish the rubber on the door was fixed properly because it was making the fridge lose coldness but everything was set up well.

I wish the staff was a little more patient with solving changes. I asked for my check out to be extended and I was greeted instead with slight annoyance and inconvenience. Or any question out of the ordinary by the afternoon staff.

I liked the big window for natural light and being able to see the sky. The armchairs were super comfy apart from the edge of the armrest (which should always be rounded, but that's not your fault). Mattress wasn't ideal for my back but you can't cater to everyone's middle-aged aches & pains.

Would have liked better vending machines with more of the slightly healthier type of snacks - sugar-free soft drinks (a variety of them), plain or salted nuts, etc. It was all chips & chocolate.

Super friendly staff members! Great for wanting to stay a few nights in Sydney instead of driving home. The building is old but the rooms are clean and well stocked with tea and coffee

Can't really complain about much. Wouldn't stay longer than three days maybe?

Staying close to cousin's, and a very nice suburban/mini city type part of town instead of the very busy City Centre in Sydney.

The basin and shower taps felt very loose and I felt like I was going to break them accidentally? Also maybe Kayo would have been good to have on the Television?

Location is ideal, quick walk to the nearby shopping centre and food court.

Some of the facilities did feel slightly dated, especially the after hours door, being located right next to a vending machine and not being able to open fully as a result.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and informative. The bed was so comfy, I could have stayed in it for the whole day. Good water pressure in the shower. I will definitely stay here whenever I need to be in the Parramatta area.

Yes, it's a little dated, but everything works and it's clean. What more do you need?

Friendly reception staff. Room was clean with all the nice little extras to make a pleasant stay. Ample space within room. Very handy to Westfields shopping centre and variety of food outlets. Hotel suggestion of Irish Pub for meal was spot on for a great meal.

Bit tricky to get into, but nothing that could not be mastered. No breakfast menu due to covid restrictions impacting availability (motel looking at getting this back).

Place is out dated/old fashioned. Pool out of service. The night I stayed Police arrived to question some guests staying on a different floor, so was a bit noisy and my safety could have been compromised, but saying that not fault of hotel
