Location. Price. Ease of check-in. Free parking. Felt safe. Room was clean.

Only 2 chairs at the small table, despite the room accommodating 3 people. Another at the desk would have been good. Getting a new code for the boom gate each day was inconvenient. We had to leave early for an event and didn’t realise we had to visit the front desk before leaving to get the code for the day to exit the carpark. This delayed our leave time and made things more difficult in an already rushed morning with kids. Not requiring a code to exit would be really helpful.

location was perfect for the purpose of our visit for an appointment at Westmead Hospital . Meal available close by Found our way around okay, traffic not a major issue Reception staff, very friendly , helpful and enthusiastic. Another member of staff was also very supportive and helpful

We did not know the area so we were a little lost in knowing what was in the area....ie shopping etc. Probably a map of the area, more information of what was close by. Also information on the public transportation available right at the front door - trams and buses - where do they go?????? timetable and trip map

Location - firstly they let me know works were being done out the front and to go through rear parking entrance. Lots of parking. New tram lines under works Within 500m of walking you have Oporto, Subway, Priceline pharmacy, a bottle-O, mini mart, bakery and pizza place. Train station also not far away. I was able to pay in full before my stay. I asked if the room had a microwave and toaster and it was provided in the room when we arrived, this was great for us as we travel with young children and are on a budget! Westmead hospital just over the road, so if that is the reason you're staying, it's super close. Parramatta Park just a short walk down the road! For our brief two night stay, it was great! Staff, fantastic!!

The room is small, but we were having a jam parked weekend and this was affordable quality. Having young children, I maybe should have asked for down stairs room - but that's my bad! Nb. If you're a smoker you need to go to designated area, no balcony. (I'm not a smoker but my partner is)

Great location across from Westmead hospital. The room was a good size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Free parking is a bonus and the staff allowed me to keep my car there an hour after checkout as I had a hospital appointment which was very much appreciated. There is a restaurant on site, although I did not go there. Also a short walk to a pharmacy and some other takeaway food shops.

Location was great for my purposes. The room was well equipped (I was able to borrow a bottle opener from reception which was fine). While the rooms are aging they are well maintained and cleaned.

Just a small thing, the air con was quite noisy. I was pleased I could open the window when I wanted fresh air. I was disappointed the onsite cafe wasn't open Saturday and Sunday. There a few good eateries in the area.

It felt like home as soon as I arrived. The accomdstion, restaurant and grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff went out of their way to be super helpful accommodating my special needs and making sure everything was perfect. Also, I appreciated the low fragrance in room post cleaning. I have a bad fragrance allergy and have previously been sick because of strong Fragrances in motel rooms, especially in the bathroom. I also liked the little things that paid attention to details. It was good to have a small selection of plates, bowels, muugs and cutlery. Another thoughtful touch that a sponge was provided to wash up with.

The bed was a little bit hard for me. I like a super soft bed, but perfect for my husband. You can't have it both ways though!

I was visiting nearby relatives, one of whom was soon to have major surgery, another, a youngster, was playing cricket on the oval in the neighbouring Parramatta Park. My husband had to fly in from Brisbane so the train station almost on the doorstep was great. All this made the location perfect. I like that the church on the site is functional and its cafe and the mission aspect of the accommodation. It is a great asset for Westmead Hospital/Children's Hospital.

Staff were amazing. Room was easily accessible, Parking was good as our car requires a bit of clearance. Room was clean.

Only thing was the tap in the bathroom made a loud noise when turning on like pipes shaking which scared our youngest a little but it was minor we were still happy with our stay and would highly recommend.

It was very nice that it was not for smoking, it met my expectations, loved the staff, they were very helpful, and I saw some kindness to other visitors always a good sign, made me feel very comfortable

Could do with a fresh lick of paint, maybe new carpets would really freshen it up, has a tendency to look tired on first impression, even a little more attention to the art to give it a homely feeling.

only downside was when i was rushing to get to 6.30am hospital appointment we had to fart around with getting a new code over intercom to get out of carpark (as the code changes every day). Would have been good to have been given code the previous day so i can focus on getting to hospital rather than trying to decypher what the intercom person was saying and making me even more late
