Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was excellent. Location was excellent within walking distance to great restaurants, breakfast was great, onsite parking was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Needed some tourist info or one of those info compendiums in the room so we could read about some of the local attactions. I usually like to get a quick idea if there is something happening or if there is gallery, nice park or historical landmark or something interesting close by. I know I can look this up on my phone myself but I like to be able to just read something in the room when I first arrive. Also, the bathroom could do with a renovation soon but it was functional and good enough for our one night stay.

Great location on the theatre side of the river. Really close to restaurants and new light rail / tram is on the front doorstep. Function staff were great. Buffet lunch fantastic.

Room was very tight. I had a corner room and needed to squeeze past with a 50cm gap in between the bed & the window to get to the bathroom. Shower head was placed low and dripped for ages until I realised to turn the taps on a bit, and it stopped. The "accessible" toilets in the foyer are not very accessible. The external doors are pull and the taps are twist, both inoperable by someone in a wheelchair. My friend with a disability and not in a wheelchair needed me to open the door & turn on the taps for her.

Service in the dining room for pre theatre dinner was extremely slow. One lass in particular hardly smiled, made no eye contact and speech was brusque. No effort was made to make us feel we were nothing but an inconvenience. In contrast the lass who looked after our drinks was the complete opposite. Our son and his family have stopped using the pre-theatre dinner for the above reason…. amazingly slow service.

Fantastic location, near many restaurants. Even the metro is 7 mins walk away, shopping centre is also nearby. Friendly reception staff too and recommended some nice places to eat.

One of the days, room was not cleaned properly. Towel was thrown near the bed. Shower area still had hair around. It was a Thursday 29/6, disappointed because it was after a hard day work and would have love to come back to a clean room.

Modern. Staff were helpful and couldn’t be a better location for the Riverside Theatre. Room small but very clean and well appointed. Great facilities, pool gym and sauna excellent.

Even though we asked staff about a dinner reservation at the restaurant twice and were told we would be accommodated, we turned up only to discover they could not honour the reservation because an NRL team made a late booking and had exclusive use of the restaurant. Staff tried to make it up to us with free parking and directing us to the bar where we could order food for dinner (mostly fried food - fried chips, fried arancini, fried fish) it was disappointing for us. Not a deal breaker.

Very well located within walking distance of public transport and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable and there were a couple of maintenance issues that came up and they fixed right away without even me asking. That's really excellent maintenance!! Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Internet was a bit slow.

The room was a good size for the three of us and the location of the hotel was great, being close to the river and lots of dining options. Front of house staff were also lovely and very helpful when needed.

Room cleaning wasn't great. Our room was missed on one day we requested cleaning, and on the day it was done we did not have enough towels for one per person left. Similarly we had only two mugs and two glasses left in the room when three people were staying.

The Location. The Hotel is perfectly located right next to the Parramatta Riverside Theatre. Very convenient if your seeing a show at the The Theatre. It's very close to heaps of Restaurants as well. Which have a variety of different tastes and flavours to suit everybody. It's about a 5 minute walk to Commbank Stadium and Parramatta Leagues Club.

Everything was great. No Complaints from me.

The standard of kindness was Exceptional. There was a clothesline in the shower.

The price is a bit rich. $200 for a massive bed; I pay that a week for my furnished room One male staff member had his nose and mouth concealed making it difficult identify him; wasn't able to see if he was smiling either for that matter. MIDNIGHT check-in with a midday checkout (massive difference in value of time in property) as opposed to if I checked in at 2pm (11am) checkout. No music in common areas

Location was excellent, walking distance to train station. Cleanness was good, excellent breakfast and the rooms was same as shown on line booking.

Aircon was slightly noisy. Not enough cups and glasses in the twin share room. House keeping did not towels for 3 people, had to phone room service 3 out of 4 days we stayed.
