Location is good, quieter than being in Parramatta but still walking distance to parks, restaurants, shops. Pet friendly hotel - my dog enjoyed his stay and the staff were very friendly to my dog. Lots of parks in walking vicinity if you are travelling with a dog. Also, some surprisingly nice cafes in walking distance and Coles supermarket is in the same block as the hotel. Room was spacious and I enjoyed the large balcony with sunshine coming in for most of the day. Clean and new room with nice decor.

It is rather noisy. Lots of loud yelling from the street late at night on a weekend. Also, the light rail is moderately noisy as it goes past. I wouldn't stay here if quietness was a priority.

Lovely room. Spacious balcony, living and kitchen area stylish with all necessities bathroom and bedroom areas a standout! Even nicer than the pictures. Lovely dark bedroom in the morning even with the studio layout style. Lovely elegant and stylish facilities throughout including touches like loaded nesspresso, O&M hair products, soundproof , quick lift. Lovely attentive staff, beds were comfortable, it was a 2 night stay after a 2 week holiday in FNQ and it was the highlight hotel! Go figure. Already rebooked. Very impressed.

Location was perfect as we were there for a concert at Parammatta Park which was a 15 min walk. Restaurants were 5 mins up the road and tram that ran through it so easy to get too if you wanted to catch the tram. McDonalds was across the road so breakfast was sorted not to mention my Almond cappucino. Although there were cafes in the atrium.

We were in an accessible room and bathroom wasn't very clean in particular the floor. Also, found the aircon was super cold in the living area if you wanted the rooms to be cool In saying that though the rest of the apartment was great!

Very friendly staff, made checking in a nice experience. Room upgrade was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Comfortable room with nice balcony. Pressure from the shower was amazing! Lovely fresh and new property. Close to dining options on Church Street.

Location is a little out of the way - about a 1km walk to Parramatta train station, which wouldn't be fun if you had lots of luggage or travelling with kids. It'll be great when the light rail is finally up and running to make access a little easier

Simple clean spacious and airy apartment with all expected inclusions. Modern tiled floor throughout. Good location for our purpose, easy short walking distance to business venue and large supermarket too. Located on new light rail line about a block or so from proposed stop. Note ironing board in wall side cavity beside kitchen bench near coffee/tea. Iron in utility cupboard that also concealed power board and safe. When TV remote was working poorly, the front desk person changed the battery on the spot, and was always welcoming and helpful. House staff were unseen but effective. Would stay again.

TV in lounge uncomfortable for late viewing, we would have preferred TV to be on bench opposite bed.

It was a great location. We went to the football and were able to walk. There were heaps of restaurants nearby. We also went into Sydney and had the choice of ferry or train within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The washer/drier kept getting an error message so had to hang our washing around the apartment for 2 days. As we were there for 4 nights we would have appreciated topping up of tea and coffee supplies when our room was made up on day 2.

Great location just shy of the main hustle and bustle of Parramatta, with the change in traffic conditions it makes accessibility great! Safe and secure parking allowed me to travel to and from the appartments with ease and the staff were ever so helpful!

A little more understanding regarding the housekeeping system of the hotel would be wonderful, being aware of the hours that the housekeeping team would be conducting their work and that way we are able to make small accommodations to aid in replenishing items like toiletries and towels etc. Other than that, it was incredible how fast the team responded when I had raised this concern!

The hotel is very clean confortable and modern. It was also very quiet, had a great nights sleep. The rooms are new and very modern. I had a small studio apt which had its own laundry and kitchenette. The bathroom and shower were great too. Very good value for money if you are visiting Parramatta on business or Westmead hospitals (not too far away by car) There's enough food options close by; it's also away from the busy centre of Parramatta but you could walk there in 15 mins to have more options.

Nothing at all at the price point.

The quality of the room was excellent. Self-contained with everything we needed and more. The room was really spacious and very well layed out. Some very clever design features. Bed was comfortable king size. There was a fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. Room was very clean, staff were very friendly and the motel was perfectly located near great restaurants.

There was a very nasty sewerage smell in the basement. It made the walk to and from the car interesting but a minor inconvenience. Not enough to discourage us from rebooking.

Liked its location in an area where there were food options and also near a supermarket ...... good walk to Parramatta station. The apartment was very well equipped for a longer stay .... cooking facilities, washer and drier etc

Nothing ..... it was a pity the early morning ferry into the city wasn’t operating considering a very recent timetable update that suggested it would be and no notices at the wharf to say so ... but that had nothing to do with Punthill.
