The room service, food was yum and also affordable. Wifi not bad. The TV dont have Netflix but it has plenty free movies to watch. Easy check in and check out.

It’s been my 2nd time to book this hotel for staycation, everything is perfect except the the bed. So we booked the king size bed, but apparently it was 2 single bed gather as one, cause everytime we laid on the middle, the beds were separate. My partner had to push it all the time. And also i remember the first time we book the hotel, we had assorted mini bar drinks & snack, but yesterday we didnt get anything. Lucky, we can have room service

Room was comfortable and spacious. Very quiet even though several parties were being held in the pool area. The pool was good.

We chose this room because it had cooking facilities, which we accept were limited (microwave, toaster etc). We needed to be able to store and microwave food. The fridge was basically a drink fridge with a sign on it saying it wasn't safe for storing food. If you are providing a kitchenette you should have a food-safe fridge. The QR code scanning for check-in took quite a while to work.

Clean, friendly staff, lovely pool deck area, great to have pool table and other things for entertainment. Great having a couple of hours for happy hour each afternoon.

We were not informed of a function that was happening on Saturday night. When we came to use the pool and lovely seating area around it we were told we could not. I was extremely disappointed. We were able to swim but we didn’t last long as the kids from the function overtook the pool too. It was very frustrating not to be able to use the facilities when We wanted to.

Everything this place has memories of my family and Xmas is a special time. We use to come as a pack of families like 40 of us to spend Xmas and have a good break.

The breakfast - needs more love waited forever for refill, and chef so not approachable, just had to wait for over 1hour for refill! Pls keep in mind, especially Xmas tine to have 2 ppl to help in the kitchen. Waited for everything to be refilled. If we’re gonna pay to have a buffet, pls supply it.

We stayed at Atura as it was central to the Australian zoo and raging waters water park , staff were great location was excellent facilities were very good we would stay again , food not so great but ok , went to the pub as it was recommended for dinner and was terrible I do t recommend the pub for dinner , my partner had the roast beetroot salad and it was served with tinned beetroot, kids burgers were a bought in beef Pattie and my shepherds pie well to much potato and no love in preparation.

My partner wanted some better gym equipment

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a fun vibe to it. We really enjoyed the pool table and connect four games provided. Free parking was good and necessary for the area that it was located in. Very convenient that the drive in cinemas were located just beside it.

When we stayed, there was an event happening around the swimming pool area, and so we were unable to use it. We were not made aware of this prior to the stay and so were quite disappointed when we got there.

Great location not far from M4 exit, it’s near to Sky Drive-in cinema as well. So basically it’s perfect for date night out. The hotel decoration was fun and colourful, so is our room. It’s beyond our expectation that the room was big, with sofa and small kitchenette. The kitchenette has microwave, toaster, jug, mini bar with choices of drink even wine! The mounted TV even a bit annoying at the beginning but so good cause it can be moved towards our bed. Bathroom was big and clean.

Aside the annoying TV at the beginning (it has sound but dont have the picture - but lucky one of the staff fixed it). Also the bed, so basically it was 2 single beds gather to one NOT a double bed. It’s so annoying when me and partner slept on the middle like the best gonna be fall apart. Also, no complimentary toothbrush has to buy $5 each

We had a big family Christmas here. Debbie & The Team were so accomidating. Every request they went over & above and always with a smile, nothing was a problem. The team also worked really hard to organise the room to fit my disabled mother in laws needs, they made sure she was comfortable for her stay which meant alot to us. This place & their staff are incredible! The facilities are great especially for families and great value for money, I cant recommend it enough. We will be back! We are off to Albury Atura we hope it is just as amazing 🤞🏽

The beds are super comfortable. Water pressure amazing. Free movies in room, great buffet breakfast, free games on ground floor. Only 30 mins from the city on a food drive. 10 mins from Sydney Zoo, 2 mins or less from the M4. Right next door to drive-in theatre wuth 50's style diner, down the road from The water park. Super close to the race track.

Not that I needed it, but room service only available during dinner service- so no midnight snacks.

The set up of the room was perfect for me - very convenient and enabled me to relax, either lying on the bed or on the lounge.

Nothing that comes to mind, with the exception of the price for the 'mini' bottle of red at $29.00. By the way, in room 106 I accidentally left a dark collared polo shirt with a logo handing in the wardrobe. Any chance it may have been set aside?
