The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well appointed and spacious. Parking was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot spa was a welcome addition to our trip. We were able to relax and enjoy the quiet and comfort of our room.

The hot spa was cold on the second day, but when we queried it the staff reset the controls, it took a few hours to come back up to therapeutic temperature.

The lady on desk... lovely Kiwi. The food...great stuff..lamb with balsamic...chef class! Just the accepting vibe.

Coffee in Suite...should be better.poor wake up experience Fridge should have free mineral water. Capsule machine desperately needed. As should Netflix as a min be available for streaming. 2023 people not 1990...with two portions of poor bickies with atrocious coffee.. 230 bucks means a bit more on the way in. I would have a fruit basket and mini champs...I felt lost in a mid week night. Should be a discounted regular system to encourage repetition.. my fourth visit in last.year..So much more potential to go from 80 to 90. Try emptying the ashtrays near pool in designated smoke area...very unsightly...

This Hotel is just next to the bus stop where a bus can take you to the City Centre & train station so it is very convenient. The beds are queen size and comfortable, the room is spacious, and the room service was great. Their customer service was so thoughtful. My money transfer delayed because of the public holidays, they understood and totally trusted me, let me pay whenever I was able to. Thanks so much for your trust and kindness! I strongly recommend this family friendly Hotel, and we will definately stay again next time.

Convenient location to Golf Club, clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, parking right outside room, lovely pool area, Happy Hour. Reception Staff were pleasant & did their best to meet our pre-notified room requests after a mixup. (Can’t comment on restaurant as didn’t eat there).

Decor was odd with collection of mismatched pictures on walls & mismatched soft furnishings. It could be so much more tasteful and contemporary with some thought. There were only an electric jug, 2 teacups & saucers, 2 mismatched spoons and 2 glasses. We wanted to make our own breakfast so would have appreciated 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 knives, forks & spoons and a toaster. Staff seemed disorganised - I phoned ahead & no one answered so I left a voicemail about our check-in time which reception didn’t get. We were asked twice in 2 minutes by cleaners wandering around if we were leaving & wanted room serviced (we weren’t & didn’t). Staff appear to need better communication and/or more training.

This was my experience. The room was large and spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room service was exceptional. The food I ordered arrived promptly, and the food was delicious. Room was air conditioned, which was a bonus during the hot days. The room had blackout curtains. Free WiFi The room was clean and comfortable. Checkers was close to the workshop I attended. I would stay here again. I loved it.

The bed was hard and not very comfortable

The restaurant was surprisingly good and the hot-tub at the pool was awesome and we had a great stay. It close to many of Sydney's norther beaches too.

The reception lady was in the middle of serving us when another family arrived and she stopped and started serving them and kept us waiting. My wife got pissed off and after 5 minutes and demanded that she finishing helping us. It was a very unusual experience and I was quite shocked.

Wonderful staff always hapy to assist. The value for money is amazing. Easy drive to Mona Vale Beach and Warringah Mall. If you are coming to Sydney for a musical or to watch the Sea Eagles - stay here.

Might need a little refresh in the bathrooms - but overall a very good stay.

We were a party of three women staying overnight for an event nearby early the next morning. It fitted our needs perfectly. We have stayed here twice before. It was clean and comfortable.

Garden around pool overgrown with weeds. Only 3 tables around pool area, one covered in dirty dishes while we were in the pool area 3 - 5pm. A wet towel ( which was still there next morning), a used mask which blew into the pool. Empty beer cans in a separate area Thursday afternoon, still there Friday morning

Overall friendly and accomodating staff. The room could use a little renovation though, esp there is stain on the carpet and kettle is very rusty
